“Mykhailo showed up on time, checked the mantel temperature before drilling and had the 75" up and level in about an hour. Every cable is hidden. The wall is block and he had the right anchors on the truck — no second trip and no surprises on the price.”
TV Mounting in Miami, FL
Miami is our home base — the crew that started this company still works Miami-Dade and Broward every day. Concrete block, poured-concrete high-rises and salt-air balconies are the normal week here, not the hard job.
TV mounting and installation in Miami is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for concrete block.
South Florida walls are not the walls TV mounts are designed for. A single-family house in Kendall or Hialeah is concrete block behind the drywall furring; a Brickell or Aventura condo is poured concrete with metal studs on the interior partitions; a 1940s Coral Gables bungalow is plaster over hollow tile. Each one needs different anchors, a different drill and a different amount of patience — and getting it wrong means a 75" screen hanging on drywall plugs.
We carry masonry bits, sleeve anchors, snap-toggles and a rotary hammer on every Miami truck, so the wall you actually have does not turn into a second appointment. For condo buildings we handle the paperwork side too: certificates of insurance, service-elevator windows and loading-dock times are routine here, and we keep them on file for most of the towers in Brickell, Edgewater, Sunny Isles and Aventura.
Booking is the same everywhere: the calculator gives you an exact total for your TV, your wall and your cables, you pick a slot, and we confirm by text. Same-day is available across the tri-county area, and there is no travel fee — a job in Jupiter costs the same as a job in Little Havana.

Condo and HOA work is most of what we do in Miami. We can issue a certificate of insurance naming your association as additional insured, usually the same day you ask, and we book the service elevator and loading dock ourselves once you give us the building contact. Quiet-hours rules, drill windows and move-in forms are all normal here — send us the building's requirements and we handle them. Most towers built since the 2000s are post-tensioned, with steel tendons inside the slabs, so we drill walls only — never floors or ceilings.
- Certificate of insurance naming your association, usually same day
- Service elevator and loading dock booked by us
- Background-checked, uniformed technicians
- Drop cloths down, dust vacuumed, packaging taken away

“My building is strict about insurance and the elevator, and they handled all of it before the appointment. Yevhen drilled into solid concrete without making a mess and the raceway is painted to match — you have to look for it.”
“Living room, bedroom and the covered patio in a single afternoon. The patio one got stainless hardware because of the salt air, which I would not have thought about. Price matched the online quote exactly.”
“Booked on a Sunday morning, installed Sunday afternoon. Quick, polite and left the room cleaner than they found it. I have already sent them to two neighbors in the building.”

The walls we actually find in Miami
Different market, different walls. The hardware changes with the wall; the result does not.
Concrete block (CMU)
Most South Florida houses are block behind a thin layer of drywall on furring strips. Stud finders read the furring, not the load — we drill into the block itself and set sleeve anchors rated well past the TV weight.
Poured-concrete high-rise walls
Brickell, Edgewater and Sunny Isles towers are solid concrete. A rotary hammer and the right anchor make it a twenty-minute job; a regular drill makes it an hour of noise and a dead bit.
Metal studs in condo partitions
Interior condo walls are usually 25-gauge steel. Lag bolts are useless here — we use snap-toggles, which hold far more than the screen will ever pull.
Plaster over hollow tile
Older Gables, Shenandoah and Miami Shores homes. Plaster cracks if you rush it, so we pilot slowly and back the anchor into the tile web, not the void.
Stucco on terraces and lanais
Covered balconies and patios get stainless hardware and sealed cable entries — salt air eats zinc-plated screws within a season.
