Boca Raton mixes Mizner's 1920s stucco in Old Floresta, gated golf communities out west and condo towers on Lake Boca Raton. Yevhen, who covers Boca for us, knows the gate lists, recertification pauses and gas fireplace walls each one brings, and he can often come the same day.
TV mounting in Boca Raton is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for concrete block.
Country-club homes are concrete block exteriors with wood or steel interior framing, high ceilings and a lot of built-in cabinetry. TVs often go above or inside a built-in; we check the cabinet's framing and anchor the mount to the wall behind it, not to the cabinet.
Mizner-style and Royal Palm estates add stone, cast-stone mantels and textured plaster finishes. We drill textured walls through tape at low speed and touch up nothing — because nothing should chip.
Mizner Park and east-Boca condos are concrete with steel studs; building rules, COI and elevators as usual.
Many Boca great rooms put the TV over a gas fireplace with a cast-stone mantel. We measure the wall temperature at full burn, anchor into the structure above the mantel, and suggest a pull-down mount when the natural height is too high — TV over a fireplace and pull-down mounts.
Samsung The Frame and other art-style TVs are popular in formal living rooms here. They sit flush only with the maker's slim mount and a plan for the One Connect box — Frame TV installation.
Many Boca homes are seasonal. We can install before you arrive if the club or a house manager lets us in, and send photos when everything is set up.
Boca's covered patios and summer kitchens are designed for entertaining, and outdoor TVs are common. We use stainless hardware, outdoor-rated screens and sealed cable entries, and mount high enough to clear patio furniture without straining necks.
49,128 homes and about 100,234 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
In Boca Raton, 38.4% of units date from 1960–79, mostly early condos and golf tracts, so expect block exterior walls and outlets placed for a console TV. Another 36.7% sit in buildings of 20 or more units, where the TV wall is poured concrete or a steel-stud partition and the board decides whether it may be opened. Only 4.7% of homes heat mainly with gas, yet that share keeps turning up on our fireplace jobs.
Along the ocean and around Lake Boca Raton, the condo towers are poured concrete, and Yevhen brings the certificate of insurance most boards want before the visit. In Old Floresta, the 1920s Mizner houses have rough stucco outside and thick plaster over block inside; we find the hollow cells before drilling and keep every anchor in the web of the block. A cast-stone surround is trim, not structure, so fireplace brackets reach through it to the masonry. West of I-95, Boca West, Broken Sound and the Polo Club are mostly 1970s to 1990s golf homes: block outer walls, framed partitions inside, which makes an inside wall the easy place to hide wires. Newer streets such as Azura and Royal Palm Polo bring double-height great rooms, so try our height tool before you pick the wall.

Boca gives us more fireplace work than any city we serve, 16 jobs so far, many of them gas units in country-club great rooms. Before a bracket goes up, Yevhen lights the fireplace, lets it run until the surround is hot and reads the wall where the bottom edge of the screen will sit. If the reading stays inside the TV maker's limit, a tilting mount goes into the block or the chase framing. If it does not, the TV moves higher, to a side wall, or onto a pull-down mantel mount; we assemble and tune one for $99 plus the mount itself. The power cord never travels inside the wall: we fit a listed in-wall power kit or ask an electrician for an outlet behind the screen. A 61- to 85-inch TV on a standard wall is a flat $129, and you can send a request for a same-day slot.
A few jobs from the last months — the kind of walls and setups we see here most.

The board paused wall openings until recertification, so the HDMI went in a paintable raceway for now.

Thick plaster hid the block seams; Yevhen found the hollow cells and anchored in the web, not the mortar.
