Coconut Creek is a planned, tree-lined corner of north Broward: Wynmoor's island-named condo buildings, the Lyons Road units and 1990s family streets, minutes from Butterfly World. Marian, our local installer, reads the wall, quotes a flat price and can often mount your TV the same day you call.
TV mounting in Coconut Creek is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for concrete block.
Wynmoor condo buildings are 1970s–80s concrete block with plaster inside. The walls are solid and take sleeve anchors well; the challenge is outlets — usually one, low and in the wrong spot — and association rules on alterations.
1990s–2000s homes in Winston Park, Lyons Creek and Cypress Head are block exteriors with wood-stud or steel interior walls. Many TVs end up on interior walls here, which makes in-wall power practical.
Newer townhomes near Monarch Hill mix block party walls with framed partitions; we check which wall you chose before planning cables.
Many Wynmoor residents are replacing a heavy stand with a wall mount to open up the room. We mount the TV at a comfortable seated height — lower than most people guess — and take the old stand apart if you want it gone. TV height chart.
Associations rarely allow cutting into block, so we run a slim paintable raceway ($39) from the outlet to the TV — raceway options.
In the family neighborhoods, the usual job is a living-room TV with hidden wires plus a bedroom or game-room TV. Every extra TV in the same visit is $40.
For many Wynmoor residents the real finish of the job is the setup: we connect the TV, set the input to the cable box, make the menu text larger if needed and show how to switch between cable and streaming with one remote. It takes ten minutes and saves a lot of phone calls to family.
27,340 homes and about 58,330 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Coconut Creek's median home dates from 1989, and 55.9% of units went up between 1980 and 1999, so most houses we visit pair block exteriors with framed interior walls, the right age for in-wall power kits. Half the housing sits in buildings of five or more units, and 27.9% in buildings of 20 or more: those are the Wynmoor and Lyons Road condos, where the TV wall is usually block and cables run in a raceway.
Wynmoor's buildings carry island names — Bahama Bend, Eleuthera Point, Bimini Lane, Portofino Isle — and condo fees there cover building maintenance, so a wall bracket is partly the association's business. Tell us your building and unit when you book: about 8 in 10 condo buildings we work in want a certificate of insurance, and we send it to the office ahead of the visit. Behind the plaster sits hollow concrete block. Anchors go into the solid web of each block, never a mortar joint, so Marian marks the joints before he drills; our concrete wall guide shows why. The whole visit usually runs about an hour and a half. For a recliner-height screen, try the height tool first. Cords stay outside the wall in a paintable raceway, and a soundbar on its own bracket below the TV adds about 30 minutes ($69).

Most family houses here went up in the 1990s and 2000s, and the TV usually lands on an interior partition where cords can disappear. The TV's own power cord never goes inside the wall, as code forbids it, so Marian fits a listed in-wall power kit: a recessed outlet behind the screen, fed from a plate near the floor ($69). On a framed wall that adds about an hour. Roughly 1 in 5 in-wall plans change after the wall check, often because the chosen wall is the block exterior or the garage wall; then a painted raceway takes over. With only 1.0% of homes heated mainly by gas, fireplaces are rare here, so screen size is the bigger question: about 1 in 5 of our regional jobs is 75 inches or larger. Send the model with your request, compare notes with neighboring Coral Springs, or browse cable concealment options.

A fire block crossed the stud bay halfway up; Marian drilled through it with a flexible bit for a listed in-wall power kit.

The bedroom wall was fire-rated and shared with the next unit, so Marian used snap-toggles and a raceway.
