Most of Deerfield Beach went up between 1950 and 1980, and its TV walls show it: hollow block, scarce outlets and associations with their own rules, from Leisureville to the towers off Hillsboro Boulevard. We bring the right anchors and your building's paperwork, and often come the same day.
TV mounting in Deerfield Beach is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for concrete block.
Century Village East buildings are 1970s concrete block and concrete frame. Walls are solid but outlets are scarce, and the rules on alterations are strict. Sleeve anchors in block, raceways for the cables.
Beachfront condos are concrete with steel-stud partitions and salt air on the balconies. Indoors, snap-toggles or concrete anchors; outdoors, stainless only.
The Cove and Deer Creek homes are block with framed interiors — the easiest walls in Deerfield for hidden wiring.
A lot of Deerfield jobs are a new TV replacing an old one on the same wall. If the old mount fits the new TV's VESA pattern and weight, we reuse it; if not, we take it down ($49 for the dismount), patch and remount. TV dismounting and relocation.
In Century Village and the beach condos, walls stay closed. We run a slim paintable raceway ($39) — renter- and condo-friendly options.
In Century Village the bedroom TV is often the one used most. We mount it on a slim tilting mount at bed height — the center around 45 inches for someone sitting up in bed — angled down a few degrees, with the cables in a raceway down to the outlet.
Deer Creek homes are larger block houses with framed interior walls and big windows onto the course. In-wall cables are usually possible there, and the TV wall is chosen to avoid the afternoon sun off the fairway.
46,578 homes and about 88,093 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
With a median year built of 1978 and 51.4% of homes built between 1960 and 1979, this is one of the oldest housing mixes in north Broward. That means hollow block or concrete behind most TV walls, outlets placed for a console TV near the floor, and many mounts bolted up two TVs ago. Another 34.4% of homes sit in buildings of 20 or more units, so the board's contractor rules matter as much as the wall.
Our Deerfield visits rarely start on a blank wall. There is usually a bracket from an earlier TV, coax from the cable-box days and one outlet near the baseboard. Marian first checks what the old bracket is holding on to. Block from that era is hollow, so every anchor has to land in the web of the block; a screw in a mortar joint is the usual reason an old mount tips forward. Then he matches the mount to the room: a slim tilting mount ($49) facing the bed, a full-motion arm where the sofa faces a window. The TV's own power cord never runs inside the wall; a hidden setup needs a listed in-wall power kit, and on solid block we use a paintable raceway instead. Send a photo of your old mount and we will say what stays.

One local directory lists 93 separate communities in Deerfield Beach, and the rules change from one to the next, from Leisureville's streets of houses to the towers along Hillsboro Boulevard. Before we book, we ask which wall the TV goes on, whether the manager wants a certificate of insurance, and when drilling is allowed. About 8 in 10 condo buildings we work in ask for that certificate, so we send it ahead. Florida law bars owners from work that harms the common elements, so we never cut into a shared structural wall. East of the Intracoastal, on the island and in Hillsboro Shores, salt spray is heaviest within a few thousand feet of the surf, and balcony jobs get 316 stainless. More in our condo high-rise guide and on outdoor TVs; Marian also covers Delray Beach.

A test burn kept the wall above the mantel within the TV maker's limit, so the screen stayed centered.
