The Isles at Wellington, two-story home

Wellington, most of the year, is a village of gated family neighborhoods such as Olympia, The Isles, Grand Isles and Binks Forest. Most homes date from the 1980s to the 2000s: block outside, framed rooms inside. Marian covers the village, often the same day, at a flat price.
TV mounting in Wellington is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for concrete block.
Equestrian estates are block main houses with framed interiors, plus barns that range from block to steel buildings. Barn lounges and tack rooms often have metal siding over steel framing — we anchor into the steel with the right fasteners or add a backer board.
Family neighborhoods in Olympia and Binks Forest are 2000s block-and-frame homes — interior walls take lag bolts and in-wall cables.
Guest cottages and grooms' apartments get simple, durable installs with tamper-resistant hardware.
We book a lot of Wellington work in December: TVs in the main house, the barn lounge and the apartments, all tested before the owners arrive. Multiple TVs in one visit are $40 each after the first.
Barns are dusty and humid; we use sealed cable entries, outdoor-rated screens where needed and stainless hardware — mounting an outdoor TV.
Outside the season, Wellington is a family suburb. Olympia and Binks Forest homes have framed interior walls, so living-room TVs usually get in-wall cables, and bedroom and playroom TVs get fixed or tilting mounts at the right height.
24,497 homes and about 62,146 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Half of Wellington's homes (50.0%) were built between 1980 and 1999, and another 28.6% in the 2000s. The typical house is one of the 71.1% detached homes: concrete block outside, wood or metal studs inside, often with a two-story family room. That means interior wood-stud walls take lag bolts and in-wall cables, while a TV on an exterior wall is anchored into the block's web, never a mortar joint, and usually gets a painted raceway.
Most Wellington calls come from the large gated neighborhoods rather than the horse farms. Olympia has almost 1,800 homes and four gated entrances near Forest Hill Boulevard and 441. The Isles at Wellington counts 758 homes in 11 villages, Grand Isles across the street adds 611, and Binks Forest mixes 583 single-family and estate homes with 90 estate townhomes finished in 2017–2019. In the bigger single-family plans the TV usually lands on a framed interior wall of a tall family room, so we hide the cables in the wall with a listed in-wall power kit. Bedroom and loft TVs upstairs are simpler, with framed walls throughout. In the townhomes we check which wall is shared with the neighbor before choosing a spot. Wellington has about 92 communities, and 55 of them are gated, so every booking asks for your community name and how the gate logs guests in: call box, app or a list at the guardhouse. Put us on it the night before and Marian drives straight in. From January to April, show traffic around Pierson Road and South Shore Boulevard can stretch a short drive, so in season we give family neighborhoods morning windows and leave afternoons for the barns. The rest of the year, a request sent before noon often gets a visit the same day. The price is flat and set before we come: $129 for a 61- to 85-inch TV, plus $69 for cables inside a framed wall. Send your request with a photo of the wall, and we will confirm a time.

A gas fireplace sits below; with the fire on, the planned height read too warm, so the TV went higher.

The first pick was the fire-rated wall shared with the neighbor; we used the opposite framed wall and an in-wall power kit.

One price list for all of South Florida — the wall type does not change the price, and neither does the drive. Concrete block, poured concrete and metal studs are billed exactly like drywall.
