Fearrington Village is R.B. Fitch's 1970s take on an English village: a historic district under mature trees, newer streets like Upper Beechmast and Lyndfield Close, townhomes with HOA-kept exteriors and the Galloway Ridge apartments. Tymofii, our Chatham County technician, can often come the same day, at a flat price agreed before we drill.
TV mounting in Fearrington Village is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick, stone or plaster.
Cottages and brick homes are wood-framed with drywall. Lag bolts into two studs and cables inside the wall ($69) so nothing runs across the floor. Hiding cables.
Galloway Ridge apartments follow the community's rules; we coordinate access and keep the work neat and quick. Drywall guide.
We set the height for your chair, not the wall, and a full-motion arm ($69) turns the screen toward a recliner or a reading chair. Ideal TV height, tilt vs. swivel.
A soundbar ($69) under the screen makes dialogue easier to follow; a Frame TV shows art when it is off. Soundbars and shelves, Frame TVs.
1,445 homes and about 2,356 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Half of Fearrington's homes (50.0%) were built between 1980 and 1999, and the median year built is 1994, so most TV walls we open are drywall on wood studs. In homes built since 2000, about 1 in 5 walls we open are framed 24 inches apart, so we locate every stud before choosing a mount. The 13.1% in buildings of 20 or more units points to the continuing-care apartments, where the building's own rules come first.
Fitch began building in 1975, and by the end of 1980 the first phase had put 157 houses in what is still called the historic district. Many of those homes sit under mature trees, so a TV often faces a window full of leaves and afternoon light; we check glare at the hour you usually watch before marking the spot. Later neighborhoods such as Upper Beechmast, Langdon Place and Lyndfield Close add contemporary designs on wooded lots, open great rooms and gas logs in drywall-faced chases. Every fireplace job starts with a 20-minute burn at full flame and a surface reading where the TV will sit. For those walls, see our fireplace TV service; a tilting mount ($49) keeps a higher screen easy on the neck. Try the height tool from your favorite chair before we arrive.

Nearly a quarter of homes here are townhomes, and one Benchmark listing shows the HOA handling exterior maintenance. So we keep every hole indoors and ask for written approval before any patio or porch TV. Inside, we anchor into studs on your side and never cut into a wall shared with a neighbor. At Galloway Ridge we follow the community's contractor rules and book a slot that suits the staff and your schedule. About 1 in 3 of our Fearrington visits add a soundbar ($69), nearly always for clearer voices; Tymofii connects it by HDMI eARC so one remote runs the TV and the bar, then labels each input. The TV's power cord never runs inside the wall: hidden runs use a listed in-wall power kit. More on soundbar installation, or compare Governors Club.

One price list for Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill and out to Pinehurst and Fayetteville — the wall type does not change the price, and neither does the drive. Oakwood plaster, stacked-stone fireplaces and downtown concrete are billed exactly like drywall.
