Seabrook sits between Clear Lake and Galveston Bay, with restored Old Seabrook homes, custom houses on The Point at Taylor Lake and bay-view condos. Serhii and our Bay Area crew mount TVs on drywall, brick fireplaces and covered decks, often the same day, at a flat price you see before we drill.
TV mounting in Seabrook is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick or stone.
Raised homes on pilings have the living space one floor up, with wood-framed walls, drywall and big bay-facing windows. We plan the TV on a wall that doesn't face the glass and mount into two studs. Large screens go up the outside stairs with two technicians. Drywall mounting.
Covered decks and porches facing the bay get outdoor-rated TVs, stainless or powder-coated mounts and sealed cable entries. We mount under a solid roof on the side sheltered from the prevailing wind. Outdoor TVs.
Outdoor TVs on the bay are the first thing people take down before a storm. We use mounts with a quick release where it makes sense, and we can come back to take the screen down ($49) and rehang it after.
People want to watch the game and still see the bay. A full-motion mount ($69) lets the TV swing toward the deck door or back into the room. Tilt vs. swivel.
6,436 homes and about 13,768 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Seabrook's median home was built in 1992, and 34.8% of homes date from 1980–99, so most living rooms are wood studs and drywall, often with a brick gas-log fireplace from that era. Another 18.2% of homes sit in buildings of 20 or more units: there the wall is usually a shared partition, the association sets the rules, and we plan one set of holes. Raised houses near the water add tall rooms and bay-facing glass.
Around Lake Cove, Seascape and Seabrook Shores, the 1980s and 1990s houses often keep a brick gas-log fireplace in the family room, so Serhii runs a 20-minute burn and reads the surface before picking a height. Upstairs in those houses, a bedroom or game-room TV goes on plain drywall into two studs in about an hour. Old Seabrook mixes restored homes with new builds, and paneling there means raceway instead of an in-wall run. On The Point at Taylor Lake and at Shores at Seabrook, custom waterfront houses put glass on the water side, so the screen goes on a side wall away from glare. When you book, tell us which wall faces the bay and the afternoon sun.

A third of Seabrook homes are rented, so plenty of TV walls here must come clean at move-out. Texas condo law lets owners alter a unit's interior as long as structure and mechanical systems are untouched, but changes to common elements or the exterior need the association's written permission. In rentals we mount into studs and run paintable raceway that peels off cleanly. Owners who want cables hidden get a listed in-wall power kit ($69); the TV's own cord never runs inside the wall. For an indoor TV on an existing outlet, the city paperwork is light: Seabrook exempts minor non-structural work from building permits, and contractors working in town register with its Building Department. A new outlet behind the screen is a licensed electrician's job. For a bay-facing deck, start with our outdoor TV page, or see how we work in nearby La Porte.

The association wanted few holes, so the soundbar rides on the TV mount.

The gas-log burn test read fine, so anchors went into solid brick, never mortar.
