Webster packs most of its homes into condo buildings and apartment communities between Bay Area Boulevard, El Dorado and the water at Egret Bay. Our Bay Area crew comes over from Clear Lake the same day, works within your association's rules and leaves the wall neat for the next lease or sale.
TV mounting in Webster is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick or stone.
Apartments and townhomes are drywall on wood studs, and most leases don't allow cutting the wall. We mount into two studs with minimal holes and hide cables in a paintable raceway ($39) that comes off cleanly at move-out. Renter-friendly cables.
Medical offices and clinics have steel-stud partitions. Snap-toggles across two steel studs carry the display, cables go in the wall or a raceway, and we work before or after patient hours. Metal studs.
Clinics want screens high enough to be seen from every chair and out of the way of wheelchairs and carts. We mount on a fixed low-profile mount ($39) or a tilting one ($49) and send a certificate of insurance to the property manager.
Moving from one complex to another? We take the TV down ($49) and mount it at the new place; if both are close, it's one visit. Apartment mounting.
6,641 homes and about 12,366 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Webster is a city of shared buildings: 36.2% of homes sit in buildings of 5–19 units and 35.5% in buildings of 20 or more. Most of that stock went up in the 1980s and 1990s, so we expect wood studs at 16 inches, light knockdown texture and a neighbor on the other side of at least one living-room wall. With 77.6% of homes rented, the lease or the association usually decides how much opening is allowed.
Most of our Webster calls come from condos along Egret Bay Boulevard and El Dorado Boulevard, where an association sets the rules. Texas condo law lets you alter the inside of your unit as long as the work does not weaken the structure, and it asks for written permission before anyone changes common elements or the exterior look. Inside walls are usually your call; a balcony screen is the board's. Before the visit, find out three things: whether management wants our insurance certificate, which hours contractors may work, and where we can park near your building. On the day, Serhii keeps the screen off the wall you share with a neighbor and vacuums the drill dust before he leaves. Want the cords gone too? An in-wall run with a listed power kit through our cable concealment service is $69.

Big communities such as The Edge at Clear Lake on Bay Area Boulevard, Veridian at Clear Lake on Pineloch Drive and Broadstone Baybrook on Town Ridge Lane make Webster one of the most rented towns on our Bay Area route. Leases differ: some allow a handful of screw holes, some prefer a floor stand, a few want nothing touched. Send us the clause. Renters often choose a tilting or full-motion arm, because the next living room may face a different window; a full-motion install is $69. The TV's own cord always stays outside the wall, plugged into an outlet within reach. The city issues separate electrical permits, so a new receptacle behind the screen is an electrician's job, not ours. Check placement with our height tool, then send your photos. Serhii also covers Seabrook next door.
A few jobs from the last months — the kind of walls and setups we see here most.

The bedroom wall backed onto a neighbor's unit, so Serhii used the opposite partition and a listed in-wall power kit.

The lease allowed screw holes only, so the TV sits over the outlet and the HDMI runs in a painted surface channel.
