Bridgeland two-story family room
The 20-minute burn read too hot inside the niche, so Yurii and a second technician lagged a manual pull-down through the cast stone into the studs.

Cypress homes are mostly big brick two-stories on slab, from the 1990s streets of Fairfield and Coles Crossing to new Bridgeland sections. Yurii and our Spring crew handle fireplace walls, upstairs game rooms and lakeside patios here, often the same day you call, at a flat price set before drilling.
TV mounting in Cypress is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick or stone.
Family rooms in Towne Lake and Bridgeland have a cast-stone or tile fireplace with a builder's TV niche above, often with a low-voltage box already in the wall. We check the blocking inside the niche and the heat, and if the niche is too high, we talk about a pull-down mount ($99) or the wall beside it. TVs over fireplaces.
Fairfield and Coles Crossing homes from the 90s have standard 16-inch stud spacing and simpler brick fireplaces. We anchor into brick faces with sleeve anchors and bring cables down beside the chimney in a raceway ($39) or inside an adjacent wall.
Towne Lake backyards face the water, and a covered patio with a TV is almost standard. We use outdoor-rated screens, stainless hardware and a sealed cable entry, and angle the TV away from the reflection off the lake. Outdoor TVs.
Game rooms are where the biggest TV often ends up. Up to 85 inches is $129; 86 inches and up start at $179 with two technicians. Consoles and soundbars go up in the same visit.
33,954 homes and about 96,334 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

With 84.0% of Cypress homes detached and 31.8% built in the 2000s, the usual TV wall is builder drywall on wood studs, often 18 to 20 feet tall in the family room. Finding studs is easy; height and wiring are the real decisions. Gas heats 65.6% of homes and most fireplaces we mount over burn gas logs, so each fireplace visit opens with a 20-minute burn and a surface reading at the planned spot.
Bridgeland covers 11,500 acres and was named the NAHB Master Planned Community of the Year for 2024. There we mostly meet builder niches over cast-stone gas fireplaces in family rooms 18 to 20 feet tall, and about 1 in 6 Cypress family-room TVs are 85 inches or larger. Towne Lake wraps around a lake of roughly 300 acres, so the second TV often lives outside under a covered patio on brick veneer; we keep the screen at least 4 feet back from the open edge of the roof, as our outdoor TV service explains. Cypress Creek Lakes, planned for about 2,000 home sites on 1,600 acres, brings more media rooms and game rooms over the garage. Across all three, cast stone is a face, not a support: every lag screw passes through it into the studs behind.

Most Cypress requests are two jobs: the family-room TV and a second screen upstairs. Book them as one visit and the crew brings both mounts, plus a soundbar bracket. These houses sit on slab, so a cable headed for a closet or cabinet climbs through the attic instead of the floor, and the TV's power rides a listed in-wall kit, never a loose cord inside the wall. The family-room screen tends to be big: sets of 86 inches or more are priced at $179 and always get a second technician. When a fireplace burn reads too hot, the TV moves to a pull-down, the side wall or a deeper mantel; our mantel-mount page shows how a pull-down works. Send room photos through the quote form, and Yurii's crew can usually come today or tomorrow.

The cable box sits downstairs, so the HDMI went through the attic on a June morning; power runs through a listed in-wall kit.

Full afternoon sun ruled out an indoor set, so we hung a full-sun outdoor TV on stainless hardware with a sealed cable entry.
