Same-Day TV Mounting: How It Works and How to Get a Slot Today

How same-day TV mounting actually works: when to book, what we need from you, what can and can't be done the same day (in-wall cables, big screens, condos), and how to prepare so the visit takes under an hour.

The TV arrived this morning, the game is tonight, and it's standing against the wall in its box. That's the most common same-day call we get — and most of the time, it's doable.

How same-day works with us

  1. **Open the calculator** — TV size, wall, mount, cables. It shows the price and the open slots, including today's.
  2. Pick a slot. Morning bookings almost always get a same-day visit.
  3. We confirm by text and arrive in the window with the mount (if you need one), anchors for your wall and cable supplies.

What's easy same day

  • One or several TVs on drywall, concrete, block, brick or metal studs
  • Our mounts: fixed, tilting and full-motion in common sizes are on the van
  • Paintable raceways
  • In-wall cable kits on framed walls
  • Soundbars

What may need a day or two

  • Condos that require a COI in advance. Many Miami buildings want it 24–48 hours ahead; we send it immediately, but the building sets the pace. Condo and high-rise mounting.
  • 98-inch and larger TVs — two technicians and a heavy-duty mount; often same-day, sometimes next day.
  • Pull-down mantel mounts and special mounts that have to be ordered.
  • New outlets or circuits — that's an electrician's job.

What a typical same-day visit looks like

  • Morning: you book before 11 and pick an afternoon window.
  • Arrival: we confirm the position and height with you, check the wall with a stud finder or a test hole, and show you the exact spot before drilling.
  • Install: 45–90 minutes for one TV — longer for masonry, in-wall cables or several screens.
  • Wrap-up: level check, cables tidied, dust vacuumed, the TV powered on and the inputs tested with you in the room.

How to make it a one-hour visit

  • Unbox the TV (keep the screws bag and the box).
  • Clear the wall and move furniture about 3 feet out.
  • Know where you'll sit — or check the height calculator beforehand.
  • In condos: reserve the elevator, tell the front desk.
Tip

Keep the TV standing in its box until we arrive. A TV lying flat on the floor without its box is the one most likely to get stepped on.
