Sunrise Manor runs from Boulder Highway up to the Sunrise Mountain foothills, with Nellis on its north edge, and most of its houses went up in the 1980s and 90s. We mount TVs here on tract drywall, older block and rentals, often the same day, at a flat price.
TV mounting in Sunrise Manor is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stucco or stone.
Older homes from the 1950s to the 1970s are often concrete block with plaster or furring strips inside. We use sleeve anchors straight into the block and, where the wall can't be opened, a paintable raceway for $39. Mounting on concrete and block.
Newer homes by the mountains are stucco and wood frame with drywall. Two studs, lag bolts and cables inside the wall for $69.
Living room, kids' rooms, the primary bedroom — the first TV is priced by size and each additional one in the same visit is $40.

Renting? A mount leaves four small holes, and a raceway hides cables without cutting the wall. Mounts for apartments.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
In Sunrise Manor 53.9% of homes date from 1980 to 1999, so the wall we meet most is wood studs behind drywall with a knockdown or orange-peel texture that patches cleanly after an in-wall run. With 48.3% of households renting, many jobs end in a raceway instead of an opening. 57.5% of homes heat mainly with utility gas, so many family rooms have a gas fireplace we test before setting the height.
Sunrise Manor was formed in 1957 and grew out from Boulder Highway and the airfield that became Nellis, so the walls change as you head east. Near Charleston and the streets closest to downtown, some houses are hollow block with plaster; we map the cells and set anchors in the web of the block, never a mortar joint. The wide middle of town, down toward Whitney, is late-1980s and 1990s tract housing with wood studs and textured drywall. A typical visit on those central tract walls runs about an hour and a half. Fourplexes and small apartment buildings fill the blocks along Nellis and Lake Mead Boulevard, mostly drywall over studs. Mobile-home parks show up too; there we check the wall framing before promising a large screen. Toward Sunrise Mountain, foothill subdivisions begun in the mid-1990s add HOAs, larger great rooms and gas fireplaces.

Nearly half the households here rent, and Nellis sits minutes away, so many Sunrise Manor calls come with a lease and a move date. Mykyta, who also covers North Las Vegas, plans those visits so there is nothing to explain to a landlord: the TV goes on two studs, and cables ride in a paintable raceway (how a raceway works). The TV power cord never goes inside the wall; when an owner wants cables hidden in the cavity, we use a listed in-wall power kit. When new orders arrive, we take the TV and mount down (TV dismount and removal) and can rehang them at the next address in the valley. A tilting mount install is $49. Send us the details with a photo of the wall and the TV size, and we will confirm a same-day slot when one is open.

One price list for the whole Las Vegas Valley and the outlying towns — the wall type does not change the price, and neither does the drive. Stucco, cultured stone and steel-stud condos are billed exactly like drywall.
