Whitney began as Stowell Whitney's 1931 subdivision on Boulder Highway, yet most homes here are far younger: 2000s stucco tracts around Stallion Mountain and Duck Creek, plus garden apartments off Tropicana. Vasyl, our southeast-valley technician, knows these walls well and can often come the same day for a flat price.
TV mounting in Whitney is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stucco or stone.
Site-built homes from the 1960s to the 1990s are wood frame with drywall, or block with furring strips. Two studs and lag bolts, or sleeve anchors into block, hold large TVs without trouble.
Manufactured homes have thinner wall panels and studs that may be 16 or 24 inches apart. We find the studs, use a mount that reaches both, and tell you honestly if a very large TV belongs on a stand instead of that wall.
A fixed or tilting mount keeps the load close to the wall, which matters on light framing; a full-motion arm needs solid studs. Choosing a wall mount.
In manufactured homes and on block walls, a paintable raceway for $39 is often the better choice than opening the wall. Hiding TV wires.
Renting? Most leases allow a mount; we keep the holes few and neat. Mounts for apartments.
18,610 homes and about 47,221 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
The median Whitney home was built in 2002, and 47.8% date from the 2000s, so most TV walls are wood studs behind knockdown-textured drywall: solid for lag bolts and easy to fish a cable through. Renting is the other half of the picture: 44.9% of homes are rented, many in the complexes off Tropicana and Boulder Highway, so we plan mounts that leave few holes and raceways that come off cleanly at move-out.
Whitney is compact, but its walls change from one street to the next. In Stallion Mountain and Copper Creek, 2000s wood studs behind knockdown drywall take lag bolts into two studs. The Duck Creek Village and Midway rentals have similar framing, but leases push us toward fixed or tilting mounts and a raceway. Along Boulder Highway you meet block and manufactured-home panels: sleeve anchors, or an honest stand recommendation.
In two-story great rooms, about 1 in 3 walls we open hides a horizontal fire block: one extra small opening, not a second visit. Cable concealment inside the wall is $69 with a listed in-wall power kit; a TV's own power cord never goes inside the wall. On block, anchors go into the hollow web, never a mortar joint. Close to half of Whitney households rent, so many calls here start with one worry: what will the landlord see at move-out? Vasyl sets the mount on two studs, so only a few small holes need filling later, and runs HDMI lines in a paintable raceway instead of cutting drywall; the power cord stays out of that raceway. Our renter's guide to hiding wires shows the options.
Many 89122 addresses, such as the rentals on Brick House Avenue, are in Whitney, but Whitney Ranch is a separate area in Henderson, so give us a street address rather than a neighborhood name. Send a photo of the wall and your TV size; we confirm the flat price and an arrival window right away, and about 3 in 5 of our valley jobs happen the same day. Request a time today.
A few jobs from the last months — the kind of walls and setups we see here most.

No wall cuts allowed by the lease: HDMI runs in a paintable raceway, and the power cord drops separately to the outlet.

We ran the gas fireplace for a heat reading first; the niche stayed mild, and the 65-inch fit a low-profile plate.
