Green Valley opened in October 1978 as Southern Nevada's first master-planned community and grew in three eras: the original stucco tracts, Green Valley South from the mid-1980s and Green Valley Ranch from 1994. Vasyl, our technician for this side of the valley, checks each wall and fireplace before drilling and can often come the same day.
TV mounting in Green Valley is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stucco or stone.
Older Green Valley homes have stucco over wood frame and drywall with a knockdown texture; many have been remodeled. We confirm studs with a test hole, mount with lag bolts into two studs and match the texture on any patch.
Green Valley Ranch homes have great rooms with gas fireplaces and niches; The District condos are wood or steel frame over retail — snap-toggles on steel, and HOA-friendly raceways ($39) on shared walls.
Many jobs here replace a smaller TV: we take down the old mount ($49 if you want it removed), patch the holes and put the new screen at the right height, often with cables newly hidden inside the wall ($69).
Samsung Frame TVs are popular in updated Green Valley living rooms — flush on the Slim Fit mount, One Connect box in the niche or a cabinet. Frame TVs in Las Vegas.
18,129 homes and about 42,439 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure. Census figures for ZIP Code 89014 — there is no separate Census boundary for Green Valley.
The Census puts the median home here at 1993, with 65.6% built between 1980 and 1999, and that matches what we open: wood studs behind stucco and knockdown drywall, a gas fireplace and a modest builder niche. Renters hold 47.2% of homes, so plenty of requests come from tenants who need a landlord's approval or a mount whose few holes patch cleanly at move-out. Garden condos add shared walls we leave uncut.
Green Valley grew in phases rather than in one push: a 1987 UNLV profile counted 19 residential developments finished and 21 more under construction across its 8,400 acres. Each phase points us toward a different plan. The first tracts from 1978 into the mid-1980s have 2x4 studs behind knockdown drywall and small niches, or none. Green Valley South, begun around 1985, adds two-story entries and early fireplaces. Green Valley Ranch, launched in 1994 as its own plan of more than 6,000 homes around Paseo Verde Park, brought great rooms with tall walls, so a height check from the sofa matters before we drill. About 2 in 5 of our Henderson fireplace jobs are in homes built before the city's 1996 fireplace ordinance, mostly here. Vasyl's first question on those is whether the firebox still burns wood or holds gas logs, because a wood fire sends more heat and soot up the face.
Next comes a surface reading above the firebox with the fire running. On about 1 in 4 valley fireplace jobs, that reading moves the TV a few inches higher or onto a tilting mount ($49). Stone and cast-stone veneer is not structure, so the mount bolts through it into the framing.
The TV's own power cord never goes inside the wall. Where the drywall allows it, we fit a listed in-wall power kit ($69); where the stone would have to be cut, a painted raceway carries the signal cables down the side of the surround instead.
