Seven Hills grew from a 1996 plan for 25 neighborhoods on the Black Mountain foothills, and today it is a patchwork of gated villages, each with its own CC&Rs, where two-story great rooms look out over the valley. Vasyl handles the TV walls here: gas-fireplace readings, pull-down mounts and hidden cables, often on the day you call.
TV mounting in Seven Hills is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stucco or stone.
Great rooms have tall walls with stone or cast-stone fireplaces. Anchors go through the veneer into the framing, and a pull-down mount (assembly $99) brings a TV over a high mantel down to eye level. Pull-down mounts.
Media rooms get 85 to 100-inch screens on heavy-duty mounts, two technicians from 86 inches ($179), and cables inside the wall to an equipment closet ($69). Mounts for 85-inch TVs.
Patios with valley views get outdoor-rated TVs under deep roofs, weather-rated mounts and stainless hardware; exterior cables stay out of sight from the street. Outdoor TVs.
Guard gates want our name ahead; HOAs review exteriors. Interior TVs need no approval, and we plan patio installs to comply.

Seven Hills is young housing: the median home was built in 2005 and 54.9% date from the 2000s, so walls are mostly wood studs behind drywall and nearly all fireplaces burn gas. In-wall cables are routine here, with a listed power kit, never a bare cord in the cavity. The 38.5% of households who rent, many in apartments along the St. Rose corridor, usually get a raceway that peels off cleanly at move-out.
Seven Hills is not one HOA. The master association, listed as "7 Hills" on MLS sheets, sits over dozens of smaller villages, and each village writes its own CC&Rs. Nevada law (NRS 116.2111) lets an owner change the inside of a unit as long as structure and mechanical systems are untouched, so a living-room or casita TV usually needs no sign-off. Anything that alters how the exterior looks, such as a TV on an open patio wall or conduit on stucco seen from the street, can need your village's permission first. The same statute bars an association from charging a gate fee for a service visit, so the guard only needs our name. Our routine: add Vasyl to your gate list, we send a certificate of insurance if management asks, and outdoor low-voltage runs go in sealed, painted conduit ($39) out of street view.

Many Seven Hills family rooms rise two stories, with a gas fireplace centered under a wall that looks made for a big screen until you sit down and look up. Before anything goes on that wall, Vasyl lights the fireplace and takes a surface reading above the firebox; about 1 in 4 of those readings changes the plan to a tilting mount ($49), a pull-down, or a few extra inches of height. A pull-down over a framed chase takes about 2.5 hours. On stacked stone allow closer to 3.5, because the bolts must pass the stone and bite into the studs behind it: veneer itself carries no load. About 1 in 3 two-story walls we open also hides a horizontal fire block, which costs one extra small opening. Unsure about height? Mark it with our height tool, then compare fireplace TV options and pull-down mounts.

The fireplace reading ran too warm for the flush mount on hand, so the TV went higher on a tilting mount.

No new openings allowed in the lease: a paintable raceway beside the window, and an arm that folds flat.
