Inspirada fills a corner of south Henderson with Pardee, Toll Brothers and KB Home houses from the last two decades: two-story great rooms, gas fireplaces in builder niches, lofts above the stairs and covered patios. Vasyl, our south-valley technician, knows these floor plans well and can often come the same day.
TV mounting in Inspirada is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stucco or stone.
New homes have straight 16-inch studs and a low-voltage box behind the planned TV spot. If the furniture layout moved the TV, a new in-wall run is $69; if the box is right, we use it and the job takes under an hour.
Lofts and bonus rooms upstairs get the second TV. We check for attic kneewalls, add a backer where framing is light and keep cables inside the wall.
Covered patios get outdoor-rated TVs on weather-rated mounts with stainless hardware, anchored into the framing through the stucco. Outdoor TVs.
A fixed mount for the family room, tilt for a bedroom, full-motion for an open kitchen; screen center at 42–48 inches for a sofa. Which mount, TV height.
27,010 homes and about 60,888 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

The median Inspirada-area home was built in 2005, and 54.9% date from the 2000s, so we usually find straight wood studs, knockdown-textured drywall and a gas fireplace the builder planned in from day one. Fire blocks inside tall great-room walls are the usual surprise, not old wiring. With 38.5% of homes rented, many calls come from tenants in townhomes and condos, who want a wall that patches easily and passes the move-out inspection.
Most Inspirada floor plans put the family room under a ceiling that rises through both floors, with a gas fireplace and a builder niche on the main wall. That height shapes three decisions before any drilling. Screen size: the niches we measure usually take a 55 or 65-inch set, and a 75-inch needs a low-profile plate or the flat wall above. Heat: on every fireplace TV installation Vasyl runs the fireplace and reads the surface above the firebox before choosing fixed or tilting; a tilting mount is $49. Sound: an Atmos bar bounces its height channels off the ceiling, and a ceiling this far up weakens them, so we often suggest a standard bar downstairs and the Atmos model in the loft, where the lower, flat ceiling suits it. Adding a soundbar to the same visit is $69.

Not every Inspirada address is a detached house: The Enclaves and Green Courts add townhomes and condos, and most streets sit under a master association plus a sub-association. Nevada law (NRS 116.2111), subject to your declaration, lets an owner alter the inside of a unit without touching structure or mechanical systems, while changes to the exterior appearance need the association's permission. So a living-room TV is usually your call, but a patio TV on an outside wall deserves a note to the HOA first; Vasyl can send photos of the planned spot for that request. Renters get a lease-friendly plan: a fixed mount into two studs, HDMI in a paintable raceway, and the TV just above an existing outlet so the power cord stays outside the wall. Send us a photo of your wall and we will confirm a time today.

With the fireplace running, the niche floor read warm, so a tilting mount at the niche top angles the screen down.
