Parkside at Cadence great room
A flush mount was bought, but the heat reading above the glass moved the TV higher, onto a tilting mount.

Cadence is the east Henderson community still filling in around its 50-acre Central Park, built village by village by Lennar, Toll Brothers, Taylor Morrison and others. We mount TVs in those new houses soon after the moving truck leaves, often the same day: linear gas fireplaces, two-story great rooms, lofts.
TV mounting in Cadence is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stucco or stone.
New builds have straight studs, fresh drywall and builder pre-wiring. We confirm the box location against the furniture plan, use it when it's right and add a new in-wall run ($69) when it isn't. Drop cloths and dust collection protect new floors and paint.
Big screens are common from day one: 75 and 85-inch TVs at $129, 86 and up from $179 with two technicians. Mounts for 85-inch TVs.
Covered patios get outdoor-rated TVs on weather-rated mounts, anchored through the stucco into framing, every hole sealed. Outdoor TVs.
Moving-in is a good time to do every room: additional TVs in the same visit start at $40, and we pick mounts room by room. Which mount.
16,773 homes and about 37,538 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure. Census figures for ZIP Code 89011 — there is no separate Census boundary for Cadence.
Nearly half of Cadence's housing is less than sixteen years old: 46.6% of homes were built in 2010 or later and the median year built is 2009. That means straight wood studs, no abandoned coax and builder low-voltage boxes placed before anyone chose a sofa. Detached houses make up 68.9%, so most TV walls we see sit in a great room with a gas fireplace or beside an open staircase rather than on a shared wall.
Cadence is roughly half built out, and each village came from a different builder, so name yours when you book. In Parkside at Cadence, Taylor Morrison's village from 2021, we often find the pre-wire box off to one side of the fireplace. Sierra Sage, the move-up village of Toll Brothers and Woodside plans, has some of the tallest great rooms around; about 1 in 3 two-story walls we open in the valley hide a fire block between openings, costing one extra small hole. In Lennar's townhome plans at Preston Terrace and Midtown Accent, we steer the TV to an interior wall rather than the party wall. Interior changes are yours under Nevada law, but a patio TV neighbors can see may need your village HOA's nod. Our hidden-cable runs handle the wiring inside the wall.

Most Cadence great rooms we walk into have a sleek linear gas fireplace behind glass, with no mantel to block rising heat. Vasyl runs the fireplace on every visit and takes a surface reading above the glass before any bracket goes up. On about 1 in 4 valley fireplace jobs, that reading moves the TV a few inches higher or onto a tilting mount ($49); in Cadence it did exactly that for a family who had bought a flush mount. The TV's power cord itself never goes inside the wall: a listed in-wall power kit or a new outlet from an electrician feeds it. With a builder niche above the firebox, the whole visit takes about 2 hours. Check the right screen height with our height calculator, then read about our fireplace TV installation.

A fire block sat between the openings on the tall great-room wall; one extra small opening got the cable through.

The party wall was the obvious spot; we used the interior wall instead and added a soundbar for clearer dialogue.
