Lake Las Vegas rings a private lake on Henderson's eastern edge, where 2000s Mediterranean-style homes at The Falls and Mantova share the hills with brand-new Lakeview Ridge houses. Vasyl, our southeast-valley technician, handles the lake: fireplace walls, hidden cables and TVs set up before a second-home owner lands.
TV mounting in Lake Las Vegas is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stucco or stone.
Villas and estates have stucco, stone and thick plaster finishes, tall ceilings and stone fireplaces. We anchor through stone into framing, shim uneven faces and use pull-down mounts (assembly $99) for high mantels. Pull-down mounts.
MonteLago Village condos are concrete and steel stud around the village plaza: sleeve anchors in concrete, snap-toggles in steel, weekday hours and the HOA's insurance requirements met ahead. Concrete.
Terraces facing the lake get outdoor-rated TVs under solid covers, weather-rated mounts and stainless hardware; glare off the water gets a few degrees of tilt. Outdoor TVs.
If you're not in town, we can coordinate with a property manager, send photos of the finished install and leave written notes on the mount and inputs.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure. Census figures for ZIP Code 89011 — there is no separate Census boundary for Lake Las Vegas.
The median home here was built in 2009, and 46.6% of the housing dates from 2010 or later, so most TV walls we open are wood studs with drywall, pre-wire boxes and builder niches rather than plaster over block. With 68.9% detached houses, the usual job is a great room, a loft or a casita; the smaller share of condo units clusters around MonteLago Village, where concrete walls change the anchor plan.
Lake Las Vegas was built in two waves. The first, through the 2000s, filled The Falls, Mantova and the hills above Reflection Bay with custom homes. After the original developer's 2010 foreclosure, national builders returned, and new communities such as Lakeview Ridge, 53 homes on the north shore, are going up.
The older houses bring arched niches, stucco returns and stacked stone around the firebox. Stone veneer is not structure, so Vasyl drills through it into the framing behind, and he measures a niche before anyone promises a 75-inch.
The newer builds usually give us straight drywall on wood studs and a builder low-voltage box. When that box sits in the wrong place for your screen, we run a fresh line with a listed in-wall power kit ($69), because a TV's cord never travels loose inside the wall. More on cable concealment.

Many owners here fly in a few times a year, so we plan around your calendar. Send the gate details, the screen size and a phone photo of the wall; Vasyl confirms the mount and parts by message. About 3 in 5 of our valley jobs are booked for the same day, and the drive out past Henderson adds nothing to the $129 rate.
Exterior work is where the rules stack up. Most neighborhoods sit under a master association plus a sub-association, and Nevada's NRS 116.2111 lets you alter the inside of your home but not its exterior look without association permission. A TV on a lake-facing terrace wall can count as exterior, so we send the mount spec and a marked-up photo to forward to the HOA before anything is drilled. Unsure about height? Try our height tool.

The builder box sat behind the soundbar spot, so the TV got its own in-wall power kit line.
