Aliante is a cluster of separate HOA neighborhoods, from Aliante North and Aliante West to Seasons at Aliante and the single-story streets of Sun City Aliante, nearly all built since 2000. Expect builder niches, pre-wire boxes and gas fireplaces on most TV walls; Mykyta, our north-valley technician, knows them well.
TV mounting in Aliante is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stucco or stone.
Homes from the mid-2000s are stucco and wood frame with drywall and studs at 16 inches. Two studs and lag bolts hold anything to 85 inches; cables go inside the wall for $69.
Sun City Aliante homes are single-story with great rooms and gas fireplaces. We set the TV lower than you'd think — at seated eye level — and add tilt only when it has to go over the fireplace.
We check the heat above the fireplace, anchor into the framing beside or through the veneer, and use a tilting mount when the TV sits high. TV over a fireplace.
Covered patios facing the course get outdoor-rated TVs on weather-rated mounts with stainless hardware. Outdoor TVs.
A Samsung Frame flush on the wall with the One Connect box hidden, or a soundbar under the TV for $69. Frame TV installation.
14,401 homes and about 39,759 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

Aliante's median home was built in 2008, so a TV wall here is nearly always wood studs and drywall, often with a builder niche or low-voltage box already cut in. With 78.0% detached houses, there is rarely a party wall to worry about. Utility gas heats 71.3% of homes, and many great rooms put a gas fireplace under the TV spot, so a heat reading above the firebox is part of most visits.
KB Home and Beazer Homes built most of Aliante West from 2005, in plans of roughly 1,600 to 3,000 square feet, and the 150 or so houses of Seasons at Aliante follow similar production floor plans. Across North Las Vegas, about half of the new homes we enter have a pre-wire box behind the TV wall, and about one in three of those boxes sits in the wrong place for the screen the family bought. We don't force the TV to the box: Mykyta tags the old cable for future use and runs a fresh in-wall line with a listed power kit, because the TV's own cord never belongs inside the wall. Measure any niche before buying a TV. Most take a 55 or 65-inch; about one in four fits a 75-inch on a low-profile plate.

Sun City Aliante holds roughly 1,900 single-story homes for residents 55 and over, set around the Aliante Golf Club, which opened in December 2003. Two requests dominate in these great rooms. The first is sound: about two in five soundbars we mount across the valley go into Sun City communities, mostly for clearer dialogue. Measure the niche width before ordering a bar, because long models often won't fit; a soundbar added during the TV visit takes about 30 minutes. The second is the gas fireplace below the niche. Mykyta runs it and takes a surface reading above the firebox on every such job, and about one in four readings moves the screen a few inches up or onto a tilting mount ($49). Check the viewing angle from your favorite chair with our height tool before we arrive.

The reading at the niche floor ran warm, so the TV went to the niche top, angled down.

The electric insert below vents warm air upward, so we hung the TV clear of that airflow.
