Logandale got its name because mail for the old St. Joseph settlement kept landing in Logan, Utah, and it still feels set apart: pioneer-family street names, irrigated fields and newer tract houses in Valley Heights. Mykyta drives the 58 miles from Las Vegas, mounts your TV on the wall it suits, and can often fit a same-day slot.
TV mounting in Logandale is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stucco or stone.
Ranch-style homes are wood frame with drywall, some with block or rock walls. Two studs and lag bolts, or sleeve anchors into block, hold large TVs; cables go inside for $69.
Manufactured homes have lighter panels and studs at 16 or 24 inches. We span them with the right mount and keep heavy TVs close to the wall. Choosing a wall mount.
Family rooms here take 75 to 85-inch TVs ($129); 86 inches and up is $179 with two technicians. Mounts for 85-inch TVs.
Covered porches get outdoor-rated TVs on weather-rated mounts; barns and shops get TVs too, at the same price. Outdoor TVs.
Inside the wall where the framing allows, or a paintable raceway for $39 on block and in manufactured homes.
1,075 homes and about 3,543 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

Logandale's median home was built in 1996, so most walls we open are wood studs at 16 inches behind drywall, often with a builder outlet already in place. The 22.3% counted as 2–4 units and other includes many manufactured homes, where studs may sit 24 inches apart and wall panels are thin. With 92.3% of homes owner-occupied, most people here can let us run cables inside the wall rather than settle for a raceway.
Valley Heights, a subdivision of roughly 100 lots, was in 2016 the one active tract-style development in Moapa Valley, and its homes give us the most predictable walls in town: wood studs, smooth drywall, a family room sized for a 65 or 75-inch screen. On the bigger parcels, a 1980s ranch house may have a rock-faced fireplace wall; that rock is a veneer that carries no load, so Mykyta anchors through it into the block or framing behind. Older homes on streets named for pioneer families like Hinckley sometimes hide dead coax in the walls, and we pull it out rather than leave it. Fewer than one home in ten heats mainly with utility gas, so the fireplace below your TV may burn wood or propane; either way we take a heat reading first, as on every fireplace wall.

Mykyta handles every Logandale call, and he usually pairs Moapa Valley jobs with stops in Overton, so call early in the day and a same-day slot is often possible. Most installs here fall in the $129 band for screens from 61 to 85 inches, and a painted raceway on block or paneling is $39. Before the visit, try our height tool with the sofa where it really sits, and have the TV out of its box. Shops and barns are welcome, but dust and summer heat are hard on electronics, so we keep screens away from roll-up doors and swamp coolers and fold full-motion arms flat. If the wall turns out different from the photos, he tells you before drilling, not after. When you are ready, send a request with photos of the wall and the nearest outlet.

Thin paneling holds no screw on its own, so a wide wall plate caught two studs.

With the wood stove lit, the rock read too warm for a low mount, so the TV went higher.
