Humble mixes an oil-boom downtown, apartment rows by Deerbrook and 1970s and 1980s brick houses on wooded lots, with newer streets like The Groves farther out. Yurii and the Spring crew cover the town, often the same day you call, at flat prices you see before booking.
TV mounting in Humble is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick or stone.
Fall Creek, Summerwood and Eagle Springs are 2000s and 2010s homes with drywall on wood studs, brick exteriors and tall family rooms with a fireplace. Two studs and lag bolts hold any TV up to 85 inches, and cables go inside the wall with a power kit ($69). Drywall mounting.
Apartments near Deerbrook and the airport usually don't allow opening walls. We mount into studs with minimal holes and use a paintable raceway ($39) that comes off cleanly at move-out.
Airport and hospital shifts don't follow nine-to-five. We book seven days a week from 8am to 8pm, so an early morning after a night shift or a Sunday evening both work. Same-day installs.
Homes toward Lake Houston get humid breezes off the water. Outdoor-rated TVs, stainless hardware and a sealed cable entry under a solid patio roof keep them running. Outdoor TVs.
6,428 homes and about 16,521 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

Humble rents more than it owns: 61.2% of homes are rented, and about a third sit in apartment buildings, so many visits here follow a lease with a hole limit. The houses mostly share one era, with 37.5% built between 1980 and 1999 and a median year of 1982: wood studs, a brick fireplace in many dens and an attic above, the cable route to another wall, since a slab has no crawl space.
Six in ten Humble homes are rented, so apartment visits are a steady part of our work here, from the complexes along FM 1960 by Deerbrook to the duplexes and fourplexes near the old downtown. Most leases we see in Humble allow a few small holes and no cuts in the drywall. That sets the plan. Yurii finds two wood studs, hangs a tilting mount ($49) so the screen angles toward the couch, and runs the cords in raceway painted to match the wall, never inside it. If the complex hands out written rules, forward them with your booking and we plan the visit around them. A fixed mount suits a bedroom; a tilt helps when the TV sits higher over a dresser. Before choosing a wall, read our renter's guide to hiding wires.

Humble grew in two bursts: the oil field around 1905, when derricks covered the town and nearby Moonshine Hill, and the subdivisions that followed Intercontinental Airport's 1969 opening. Most houses we visit belong to that second wave, on wooded lots with a brick fireplace in the den. The framing is friendly: wood studs and drywall hold a 65-inch or 75-inch screen on lag bolts. The fireplace takes more care. Mortar on a 40-year-old chimney breast can be soft, so anchors go into whole brick, and the 20-minute heat test comes before any drilling. A cable to a cabinet on another wall goes up through the attic, and in summer we book those runs for the morning. Yurii's crew covers the same mix in Atascocita and Kingwood. Gas logs, so the 20-minute burn came first. Soft old mortar meant every anchor went into whole brick.

The cable box sits in a closet across the room, so Yurii ran the HDMI through the attic and fitted a listed in-wall power kit.
