Buckhead packs two very different jobs into one ZIP code: glass-walled condos rising over Peachtree Road and Lenox Square, and older brick and stone houses tucked into the hills off West Paces Ferry. Roman handles both, tower paperwork in the morning and a fireplace wall in the afternoon, often on the day you call.
TV mounting in Buckhead is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stone or plaster.
Condo towers along Peachtree have concrete columns and exterior walls with steel-stud partitions between units. On concrete we use a hammer drill and concrete sleeve anchors; on steel studs, snap-toggles across two studs. The building gets our certificate of insurance and we reserve the service elevator. Concrete walls.
Garden Hills, Peachtree Heights and Brookwood Hills homes from the 1920s and 30s have plaster over wood lath. We mark the surface, drill slowly with the hammer off and anchor into the studs behind the lath so nothing cracks. Studs behind plaster.
Tuxedo Park and Chastain estates often want the TV to disappear. A Samsung Frame flush on the wall with the One Connect box in a cabinet and one thin cable inside the wall ($69) is the usual answer. Frame TVs.
Tower units have floor-to-ceiling glass. We plan the TV on an interior wall when possible, or angle it with a tilting mount ($49) to kill the reflection from the skyline.
18,086 homes and about 28,110 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure. Census figures for ZIP Code 30305 — there is no separate Census boundary for Buckhead.
Buckhead's housing is mostly vertical: 60.2% of homes sit in buildings of 20 or more units and 50.6% are rented, so the usual wall is a steel-stud partition or concrete column under management rules, and many cable runs end up in paintable raceway. The rest of the ZIP is much older: 21.5% of homes predate 1960, brick and stone houses built as wealthy Atlantans moved into the hills, where fireplaces and hard masonry shape the plan.
Most Buckhead tower jobs are settled before we park. About 4 in 5 of the condo towers we work in want a certificate of insurance on file, and about half allow drilling only on weekdays, so Roman's crew emails the management office the moment you book and picks a slot inside the building's contractor window. If the TV goes on a wall you share with a neighbor, about half of the boards want a written request first; we give you an anchor plan to attach. Under Georgia's condo law, unless your documents say otherwise, you own the paint and wallboard while the rest of a boundary wall is a common element. Where opening the wall is off the table, a paintable raceway ($39) carries the HDMI, and the TV's power cord stays plugged into the outlet, never inside the wall.

Buckhead covers both ends of the fireplace range. In towers and newer townhomes the unit is often electric (about 1 in 10 of the fireplaces we mount over are electric, mostly in Buckhead and Midtown condos), and we still run the heater on high before picking a height (electric fireplace tips). In the houses off West Paces Ferry and around Chastain, gas logs usually burn behind stacked stone or brick. Those visits start with a 15-minute burn at full flame and a reading where the TV's bottom edge will sit; about 1 in 8 readings move the TV higher or onto a pull-down. If a reading runs warm, a deeper mantel is the other fix. Stacked-stone veneer is not structure, so the plate goes through it into the framing or masonry behind, after our scanner checks for a gas pipe. See our fireplace service.

The full-flame reading ran warm at the first spot, so the TV went higher, bolted through the veneer into the framing.

The board wanted a written request for the shared wall; once approved, Roman spread toggles over two steel studs.
