West Jordan is where Anton's crew keeps its base, so a morning request from Copper Hills, Sky Ranch or the new Terraine streets on the west bench is often a same-day visit. We mount over gas fireplaces in tall family rooms and into basement framing, with flat prices and the cords hidden the safe way.
TV mounting in West Jordan is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick or concrete.
Main-floor family rooms are wood studs and drywall with a gas fireplace. We check the heat and the height, mount into two studs and hide the cables inside the wall ($69). TVs over fireplaces.
Basements are framed in front of the concrete foundation. The mount goes into studs, the cables run through the framing, and big screens get heavy-duty mounts. 85-inch TVs.
Bedrooms and game rooms get smaller TVs on fixed mounts ($39), mounted a little higher and tight to the wall so they survive controllers and pillow fights. Drywall guide.
Every mount goes into studs with hardware rated well above the TV, and every articulating arm gets a safety strap. Toggles vs. lag bolts.
37,916 homes and about 116,692 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
With a median year built of 1995 and 42.3% of homes from 1980–99, most West Jordan TV walls are wood studs behind drywall, often with a finished basement below. That makes in-wall concealment the normal choice here: 30 of our 36 concealment jobs in the city went inside the wall. Utility gas heats 85.0% of homes, and the family-room fireplace is almost always gas too, so we run it and measure the wall before choosing a height.
Anton's crew starts every morning from its base in West Jordan, so the city sits at the short end of our Salt Lake County day. About 2 in 3 requests that arrive before noon get a same-day slot. Since 2020 we have mounted 85+ TVs here; 26 of them went over a fireplace and 36 came with cable concealment. A usual visit covers the family room, the basement and one or two bedrooms. Tell us each screen size, the wall it goes on and whether a fireplace is under it, and we reply with a flat total; a tilting mount above the mantel is $49. For the hidden wires we use a listed in-wall power kit fed from the existing outlet, never a bare cord in the wall (how we conceal cables). Send a request with a photo of each wall.

The newest walls in the city are rising on the west bench toward the Oquirrh Mountains. Terraine is a master plan of about 630 acres that could hold around 2,800 homes, and David Weekley is building there on 42- and 50-foot lots. The city added 277 single-family units in 2025, so first-year houses are a regular stop for us. A first-year great room usually means a tall drywall wall, a gas fireplace on a framed chase and a builder outlet low on the wall. On two-story walls about 1 in 6 in-wall runs needs one extra small opening to get past a fire block. Townhome walls shared with a neighbor get a painted raceway instead of a box ($39). Over the fireplace we run the flame and measure the wall first; our fireplace TV installation page and the height tool show where the screen should land.
A few jobs from the last months — the kind of walls and setups we see here most.

One price list for the whole Wasatch Front — the wall type does not change the price, and neither does the drive. Plaster over brick, basement framing and earthquake straps are billed exactly like drywall.
