Three days a week, Borys starts his route from our Utah County storage in Lehi, so a morning request from Holbrook Farms, Traverse Mountain or the streets near Lehi Roller Mills often gets an afternoon slot. Most homes here are young, with gas fireplaces under tall great-room walls.
TV mounting in Lehi is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick or concrete.
Great rooms have stone gas fireplaces and tall walls. We anchor into solid stone or the framing behind it, level the mount and hide every cable inside the wall ($69). Mounting on stone.
Basement theaters are framed in front of the concrete. Heavy-duty mounts for 85 inches and up, soundbars ($69) and all wiring in the framing. 85-inch TVs.
Remote workers want a monitor or TV on the office wall for calls and dashboards. We mount it at seated eye level, hide the cables and can add a second screen. Hiding cables.
Owners who don't want a black screen in the living room choose a Samsung Frame flush in art mode; patios get outdoor-rated TVs that handle snow and sun. Frame TVs.
24,436 homes and about 85,173 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Lehi's median home was built in 2007, and 41.1% of houses date from 2010 or later, so most TV walls we meet are recent drywall over wood framing with even stud spacing. That keeps in-wall runs quick, and our two openings sit hidden behind the screen. With 83.0% of homes heated mainly by utility gas, the fireplace below the TV is usually gas, and we fire it up before choosing a height.
Ivory Homes bought the Holbrook Farms land in 2015 and released the first plat in 2017; with roughly 3,000 lots planned and about 1,800 built at last count, new owners near Liberty Hills Elementary keep calling before the boxes are unpacked. A builder great room usually means a gas fireplace, a mantel 54 to 60 inches high and a drywall or cultured-stone chase. A flat screen above that mantel puts its center near 80 inches, which is why about 3 in 5 of our fireplace TVs go on a tilting mount. We run the gas fireplace and measure the wall above it on every job. Cultured stone is not structure, so the anchors pass through it into the framing. If your basement is framed but not yet drywalled, tell us: cables placed now save fishing later.

Our Utah County storage sits in Lehi, and three days a week Borys loads his truck there before working Saratoga Springs, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Orem and Provo, so a Lehi address is often his first stop. Across the region, about 2 in 3 requests sent before noon get a same-day slot. Send the screen size, a photo of the wall and what sits below it; a TV from 61 to 85 inches is one flat $129. We also hung a portrait video column in a tech lobby here after hours, and home offices often want a media wall with a second screen. Our in-wall runs use a listed power kit; the TV cord itself never goes inside the wall. Neighbors southwest of here can read our Saratoga Springs page. Send a request with your address.

Hung after hours with Anton; the rail crosses every metal stud it reaches, and each pop-out mount was locked once aligned.

HDMI and a listed power kit run through the framing to the under-stair closet; the theater wall stays bare.

One price list for the whole Wasatch Front — the wall type does not change the price, and neither does the drive. Plaster over brick, basement framing and earthquake straps are billed exactly like drywall.
