Saratoga Springs is a city of master plans (Wildflower, Wander, Mt. Saratoga, Quailhill, The Ridge) where most houses are barely ten years old and come with a gas fireplace, a basement to finish and an HOA. Borys works here three days a week, so same-day slots open often.
TV mounting in Saratoga Springs is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick or concrete.
New family homes are wood studs and drywall with a gas fireplace and an unfinished or new basement. Lag bolts into two studs, level and pull-tested, cables inside the wall ($69). Drywall guide.
Townhomes share party walls. We mount into studs on your side and keep cables out of the shared wall; a slim raceway ($39) covers them when needed. Hiding cables.
Afternoon wind comes straight off Utah Lake. Patio TVs go on the sheltered side under a solid roof, with an outdoor-rated screen, stainless hardware and a sealed cable entry. Outdoor TVs.
We measure from the sofa before mounting above a fireplace, and set the basement up with the biggest screen on a heavy-duty mount. TV height.
12,583 homes and about 48,425 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
With a median year built of 2012 and 58.4% of homes put up since 2010, nearly every TV wall here is wood studs behind fresh drywall, so we lag into two studs and never rely on drywall anchors. Townhomes make up 18.0% of homes, so shared walls are common in Wildflower and Quailhill. New houses bring their own quirks: fire blocks in two-story great rooms and basements often still bare framing at move-in.
Each master plan here has its own builder habits, and we plan around them. In Wildflower, where Toll Brothers, Lennar and EDGEhomes all build, we often meet two-story great rooms with cultured stone around a gas fireplace. That stone is veneer, not structure, so lag bolts pass through it into the framing, and we run the fire first to test the heat (fireplace TV installation). Wander's townhomes near The Springs Pond often put the TV on the party wall, so we keep cables on your side or in a painted raceway. On The Ridge, lots sit higher with Utah Lake filling big view windows, and the glare off that glass makes a tilting mount ($49) worth it. Quailhill mixes condos with single-family homes, so we ask whether your TV wall borders a neighbor before planning a cable run.

Many Mt. Saratoga and Wander families move in with a bare concrete basement and finish it a year or two later. If the studs are already up, book us before the drywaller arrives: we mark the screen height with our TV height tool, pick the stud pair and plan a cable path through the framing to a closet under the stairs. Builder basements often hide a duct soffit right above the best wall, which works against up-firing Atmos drivers; a plain soundbar ($69) with a subwoofer sounds better there. Once the paint is dry, the mount goes up in about an hour. Borys covers Saratoga Springs from our Lehi storage, alongside Lehi, and about 2 in 3 requests sent before noon get a same-day slot. Borys ran HDMI and a listed power kit through the framing, in front of the foundation, to the stair closet.

The only open wall faced the kitchen, so a strapped full-motion arm in two studs swings the screen toward the island.

One price list for the whole Wasatch Front — the wall type does not change the price, and neither does the drive. Plaster over brick, basement framing and earthquake straps are billed exactly like drywall.
