Draper is a young city at the south end of the valley: 2000s family houses below Corner Canyon, townhomes by the freeway, custom homes on South Mountain and Traverse Ridge, and The Point rising on the old prison land. Anton's south-valley crew books most morning requests the same day.
TV mounting in Draper is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick or concrete.
Two-story great rooms put the fireplace and the TV wall far above the sofa. We anchor into the stone or the framing behind it and often use a pull-down mount ($99) so the screen comes down to eye level. Pull-down mounts.
Basement theaters are framed in front of the concrete with room for 85 inches and more. Heavy-duty mounts into studs, cables through the framing ($69). 85-inch TVs.
Patios on the ridge see strong wind and real winter. Outdoor TVs go under a solid roof on the sheltered side of the house, with stainless hardware, a sealed cable entry and a mount rated well above the screen. Outdoor TVs.
Stacked and ledge stone around Draper fireplaces is uneven. We shim the mount level, anchor into solid stone and check the heat above the firebox. Mounting on stone.
17,448 homes and about 50,278 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Draper's housing is young: the median year built is 2003, and 34.6% of homes went up in the 2000s. Expect wood framing and, in most great rooms, cultured stone over a framed chase rather than solid masonry, so we anchor through it into studs. With 80.2% of homes heated mainly by utility gas, the fireplace under a Draper TV usually burns gas too, so we run it and measure the wall before choosing the height.
Most Draper great rooms were framed after the late 1990s, and their fireplace stone is usually cultured stone or veneer hung on that framing. In houses built since 1990, about 2 in 3 stone fireplaces we see are built that way, so our anchors pass through the stone into the studs behind it; the veneer itself never carries the TV. Before any hole, Anton lights the gas fireplace and measures the wall above the firebox. About 1 in 8 runs too warm for a screen right over the mantel, and then the TV goes higher on a tilting mount ($49) or onto a pull-down. Two-story walls can hide one more surprise: a fire block partway down the stud bay, which costs one extra small opening behind the TV. Our fireplace TV installation page covers the rest.

Townhomes hold 15.5% of the housing, buildings of 20 or more units another 12.2%, and nearly a third of households rent. A townhome TV wall is often shared with the neighbor, so we keep boxes and cuts out of it and run a painted raceway ($39) instead; renters get only the mount's holes. Utah's Community Association Act lets an HOA touch a home's interior only where neighbors' safety reasonably requires it, and an HOA cannot refuse us just for being off its preferred vendor list. Next comes The Point on the old prison land, where the first phase got under way in July 2026 and more than 3,300 multi-family units are planned. We expect concrete and steel studs there, walls our crew already meets in Sandy and South Jordan. Book through the quote form.

Shared wall with the neighbor, so no openings: a painted raceway runs to the outlet.

One price list for the whole Wasatch Front — the wall type does not change the price, and neither does the drive. Plaster over brick, basement framing and earthquake straps are billed exactly like drywall.
