Green Level began around 1800 as a crossroads village and bright-leaf tobacco trading center; today the name also covers the 27519 subdivisions around it, from Cary Creek to Green Level Trail. Tymofii's crew works from west Cary, so most homes here get a TV up the same day, at a flat price.
TV mounting in Green Level is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick, stone or plaster.
New builder-grade drywall on 2x4 studs holds a TV well when the mount goes into two studs. The cables go inside the wall ($69) to a recessed box behind the screen. Hiding cables.
Tall great rooms often put the fireplace TV spot too high; a pull-down mount ($99) fixes the viewing angle. Pull-down mounts.
Book right after closing and we mount on empty walls, often three or four TVs in one visit. Drywall guide, 85-inch TVs.
Covered porches and patios get outdoor-rated TVs with stainless hardware and a sealed cable entry. Outdoor TVs.
25,297 homes and about 69,836 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

With 43.7% of homes built in 2010 or later, Green Level walls are almost all drywall on wood studs, so the real questions are stud spacing and where the builder hid the outlet. In houses built since 2000 about 1 in 5 TV walls we open are framed 24 inches on center, which changes the mount plate we bring. Townhomes make up 19.9% of homes, and many put the obvious TV spot on the wall shared with the neighbor.
Along Green Level West Road, Green Level Trail mixes about 75 townhomes with 128 single-family houses, and the American Tobacco Trail runs alongside the community. In a townhome the long living-room wall is often the fire-rated party wall with the neighbor. We never cut into that wall: Tymofii mounts into the studs on your side, or moves the TV to an interior wall, and runs the cables in paintable raceway where an in-wall box would mean opening the party wall. In the detached houses the same builders leave open stud bays, so a recessed in-wall power kit is quick there; the TV cord itself never goes inside the wall. A 65-inch or 75-inch screen on drywall is the usual job, at $129. Neighbors in Carpenter Village see the same mix. Read more about hiding the cables.

Most Green Level houses have a FROG bonus room, and about 1 in 3 of our visits around Cary include one. The TV usually goes on the gable-end wall; when the console sits across the room, Tymofii routes the cables through the knee-wall attic from its access door, and from June to August we book that for the morning. Many two-story great rooms have a stacked-stone gas fireplace with the builder's outlet and cable box about 14 feet up. Stone veneer is not structure, so we reach the framing behind it and shim the plate plumb. Every fireplace job starts with a 20-minute burn at full output and a surface reading where the TV will sit; if it reads hot, the screen goes higher on a tilt or beside the fireplace. Try the height tool from your sofa first.

The shared party wall stayed untouched; the TV went on the interior wall by the stairs, angled toward the sofa.
