The 20-minute burn read too hot at mantel height, so the TV went eight inches higher on a tilt, lifted with a second technician.

Angier is where Harnett County farmland keeps turning into new streets, from Neill's Pointe and Cedar Ridge to Weatherford off Highway 210. If you just closed on one of those brand-new houses, Tymofii can mount the family-room, bonus-room and bedroom TVs in one same-day visit, at a flat price, before the boxes are unpacked.
TV mounting in Angier is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick, stone or plaster.
New homes have a gas fireplace on the TV wall. We check the heat and use a tilting mount ($49). TVs over fireplaces.
Bonus rooms and bedrooms get lag bolts into two studs and cables inside the wall ($69). Hiding cables.
75- and 85-inch TVs on heavy-duty mounts, with a second technician for the lift. 85-inch TVs, drywall guide.
Covered patios get outdoor-rated TVs with stainless hardware and a sealed cable entry. Outdoor TVs.
2,922 homes and about 6,241 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Angier's housing is young: 24.9% of homes went up in 2010 or later, so most TV walls are drywall on wood studs, sometimes framed 24 inches apart instead of 16; we find each stud before marking the bracket. With 74.1% detached houses, most visits cover a family room and a bonus room. Only 4.5% of homes heat mainly with utility gas, so your fireplace may run on propane or be an electric insert; we heat-test either way.
Much of our Angier calendar follows the builders. Mungo Homes opened Langdon Preserve and Cambridge Reserve in April 2025, and Cambridge Reserve alone is planned for 92 homes on about 95 acres, so new keys keep arriving. Weatherford adds 116 homes near Highway 210 and Jackson King Road. In these houses the TV wall is almost always fresh drywall over wood studs, and the builder's outlet often sits in an awkward spot. We bring a stud finder and a level, mark the height with you from the sofa using our height tool, and keep the bracket on the studs. If you want the wires gone, a listed in-wall power kit ($69) plugs into the existing outlet below; the TV cord itself never runs loose inside the wall. Details live on our cable concealment page.

Lots in Langdon Farms and the newer streets toward Neills Creek leave room for a covered patio, and that is where an Angier TV goes next. We set outdoor screens at least 3 feet in from the open side, anchor into framing or masonry, never into stone veneer, which is not structure, and add a drip loop at the sealed cable entry. Newer subdivisions often have HOA covenants that ask for approval before anything goes on an exterior wall, so we send the HOA a photo and the mount spec ahead of the visit. Indoors, a fireplace here might run on propane or be an electric insert. Either way, we run it at full output for 20 minutes and read the wall where the TV will sit before we drill. Studs ran 24 inches apart, so a wide plate catches two. Cables went through the knee-wall attic on an 8 a.m. slot.

HOA approval came first. We anchored into the framing, sealed the cable entry with a drip loop and flagged the uncovered outlet.
