Honeycutt Landing two-story

Willow Spring means new two-story houses on wide lots in Honeycutt Landing and Gardner Farms, a few older ranches off Ten Ten Road, and farmhouses older than the 1899 post office. Tymofii comes over from our Fuquay-Varina base, often the same day, for family-room, bonus-room and porch TVs.
TV mounting in Willow Spring is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick, stone or plaster.
Family rooms are drywall on wood studs with a fireplace on the TV wall. We check the heat and use a tilting mount ($49). TVs over fireplaces.
Detached shops and garages are framed or metal buildings. We find the framing or purlins and mount into them. Drywall guide.
Anything not climate-controlled gets an outdoor-rated TV with stainless hardware and a sealed cable entry. Outdoor TVs.
75- and 85-inch TVs on heavy-duty mounts, with a second technician for the lift. 85-inch TVs, what TV mounting costs.
7,401 homes and about 21,114 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

More than half the homes here went up after 2000 and the median year built is 2001, so TV walls are mostly drywall on wood studs, and in about 1 in 5 newer walls we open the studs sit 24 inches apart. 81.4% are detached houses, so we work in family rooms, bonus rooms and porches, not shared walls. Only 4.2% heat mainly with utility gas; gas logs here often burn propane, and each gets our heat test.
Most Willow Spring calls come from houses finished in the last twenty-five years, and the builders leave a familiar set of puzzles. The family room usually has a drywall-faced fireplace chase with the outlet at mantel height, handy for a lamp and awkward for a TV. The bonus room over the garage has a sloped ceiling, a short knee wall and a gable-end wall that suits a screen best. And the framing may be 24 inches on center, which narrows the mount choice.
Tymofii checks all three before drilling: a stud scan across the wall, the right height from your main seat, and where the console will live. Plan on about 50 minutes for one TV on drywall. A 65- or 75-inch screen is $129; to make the wires disappear, our in-wall cable kit is $69.

So few homes here are on a gas main that the fireplace under your TV is likely fed by a propane tank behind the house, or it is an electric insert, or a wood firebox in an old farmhouse. Every fireplace TV still starts with the burn test, and stone veneer around a firebox is trim, never structure; we anchor to the studs behind it.
Porches are the other common request, with a median lot of 0.79 acres. An indoor set will not survive a humid August outside, so we check ratings first, mount under a solid roof and seal the entry with a drip loop. A TV cord never runs inside a wall; we use a listed in-wall power kit. Same-day slots from Fuquay-Varina open most mornings: send a request with a wall photo.
