Lochmere spreads across nearly 2,000 homes in south Cary, from the original 1980s section to Lochmere Highlands and Lochmere Village. Behind the brick fronts we usually meet a raised hearth, a gas insert and an HOA that watches porches. Tymofii's west Cary crew can often come the same day.
TV mounting in Lochmere is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick, stone or plaster.
Brick and tile fireplaces from the 1980s get a heat check first, then anchors into solid brick or the studs beside the firebox — never the mortar joints alone. Brick vs. stone veneer.
Sunrooms have more glass than wall. We find the one solid section, mount into its studs and angle the TV away from the glare with a tilting mount ($49). TVs over fireplaces.
After a renovation the old mount may not fit the new TV. We check the VESA pattern and weight, reuse it when it fits and hide the new cables inside the wall ($69). Will your mount fit?, hiding cables.
Covered decks toward Loch Lomond get outdoor-rated TVs, stainless hardware and a sealed cable entry. Outdoor TVs.
9,489 homes and about 19,735 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

The median Lochmere home was built in 1998, and 55.7% date from 1980 to 1999, so most TV walls are drywall on wood studs, with brick only around the fireplace. Utility gas heats 53.2% of homes, and that matches the hearth: gas logs or an insert, so each fireplace job starts with our 20-minute heat test. About a third of households rent, so renters' TVs often get removable raceway instead of in-wall runs.
Building in Lochmere began in the mid-1980s around the original section, then spread into Lochmere Highlands and Lochmere Village, and the wall we meet follows that history. Older homes along the golf course center the family room on brick: about half of the brick fireplaces we mount over here, in Kildaire Farms and in Stonehenge have a raised hearth with brick to the ceiling, so our fireplace installs start with a seated height check. Later two-stories add bonus rooms over the garage, where cables often travel through the knee-wall attic on a morning slot in summer. Townhomes at The Greens at Lochmere share walls with neighbors, so the TV goes on an interior wall and we never cut a party wall. Name your section and street when you send a request, and Tymofii will pack anchors for that wall.

Many homes on Lochmere Lake, Lake Lomond and Highlands Lake have screened porches or decks, and a lakeside TV needs more planning than a den. First we check that the set is rated for outdoor heat and humidity; an indoor TV on a porch here fights damp mornings and July afternoons. We anchor into porch framing, seal the cable entry, leave a drip loop and, on an open deck, keep the screen at least 3 feet back from the open side. The TV's own power cord never runs inside a wall; if the porch outlet lacks an in-use cover, your electrician fits one before we start. Each spring, yellow pine pollen coats screens, so we show you how to clear the vents, and many owners add a surge protector for summer lightning. See our outdoor TV service or plan the height with the height tool.
