Redondo Beach runs from the pier and King Harbor inland to Golden Hills and El Nido, and south to the 1920s Mediterranean homes of the Hollywood Riviera. Dmytro's South Bay crew knows these walls, and most mornings we still have a same-day slot at a flat price.
TV mounting in Redondo Beach is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for plaster or brick.
Esplanade condos are concrete buildings with ocean-facing glass. The walls around the living room are often concrete or block; we drill with a rotary hammer and set sleeve anchors, and HOAs usually want the work on weekdays with our insurance certificate on file. Mounting on concrete.
North Redondo townhomes are wood frame with drywall. The TV wall is often shared with the neighbor — we stay on interior partitions for cable routing and never cut into a party wall. Studs are regular, so two studs and lag bolts is the rule.
Esplanade living rooms face west, straight into the afternoon sun off the water. We often mount on a side wall, tilt the screen a few degrees or use a full-motion arm ($69) so it can turn away from the window.
Where the TV wall is an interior partition, cables go inside with a power kit ($69). On shared or concrete walls we use a paintable raceway ($39). Hiding wires in the wall.
30,753 homes and about 69,291 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Redondo's median home was built in 1973, and 41.9% date from 1960–79, so many TV walls here are still original drywall painted before 1978. Old paint and joint compound can hold lead or asbestos, so for bigger cuts we choose a raceway or wait for a survey, and we never sand old paint. With 18.2% of homes in buildings of 20+ units, nearly one in five residents answers to an HOA or landlord first.
Clifford Reid built the first Hollywood Riviera house around 1928, and the Mediterranean homes that followed climb the slopes toward Palos Verdes. Part of the neighborhood technically lies in Torrance, though the mail says Redondo Beach. Many homes keep their original plaster, which cracks under a careless hammer and hides the studs. Dmytro finds framing with a thin pilot bit, scores the surface before any opening and pre-drills the old studs so lag bolts seat cleanly. Arched openings and coved ceilings change the plan: the TV often goes on the one straight wall, on a tilting mount angled toward the sofa. Cables behind plaster add about 1.5 hours, so a painted raceway along the trim is the faster option. Our guide to finding studs behind plaster shows the method, and a 65- or 75-inch screen is a flat $129.

Away from the townhome rows, North Redondo is a quiet grid of mid-century single-story houses in Golden Hills, Villas North and El Nido. The TV usually lands on a drywall wall in a family room facing the backyard, and two studs plus an in-wall power kit take about an hour. The TV's own cord never goes inside the wall; the kit feeds a listed recessed outlet. Adding a soundbar ($69) takes about 30 minutes more. Many owners then ask about the backyard. The marine layer can sit over the coast all morning in May and June, and damp salt air rusts plain screws, so every outdoor TV gets stainless hardware, and we steer you toward a solid patio cover over an open pergola.
