Fulshear homes are among the newest on the west side: big two-story houses on fresh slabs in Cross Creek Ranch, Jordan Ranch, Fulshear Lakes and the first streets of Polo Ranch. Taras and the Energy Corridor crew come out the same day, mount into studs and finish the wall before the movers leave.
TV mounting in Fulshear is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick or stone.
New homes in Cross Creek Ranch, Jordan Ranch and Tamarron are drywall on wood studs with 18 to 20-foot family rooms, cast-stone fireplaces and pre-wired TV locations. We check the blocking and heat, then mount into two studs; cables go inside the wall with a power kit ($69).
Weston Lakes estates have custom features — stone accent walls, built-ins, outdoor pavilions. On stone we use sleeve anchors in the faces, and pavilion TVs are outdoor-rated with stainless hardware. Outdoor TVs.
Fulshear media rooms regularly get 85 to 100-inch TVs. Up to 85 inches is $129; 86 and up start at $179 with two technicians and a heavy-duty mount rated well above the screen. Mounts for 85-inch TVs.
Many clients call us the week they close. We can mount every TV before the furniture arrives, and place each one based on where the sofa will be — tell us the layout and we'll plan the heights.
10,121 homes and about 34,868 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
With a median year built of 2016 and 91.7% of homes built since 2010, a Fulshear TV wall is almost always drywall on wood studs that nobody has opened since the builder left. Expect a slab foundation, so a cable bound for another room climbs through the attic, never under the floor. Utility gas heats 77.8% of homes, and many of those gas lines feed a family-room fireplace, usually the wall buyers want for the big screen.
Most Fulshear calls reach us between closing and the first sofa delivery, and that week is the easiest time to hide wires: no furniture to move, no paint to match. Builders such as Perry, Highland, Chesmar and Lennar each leave a different pre-wire, sometimes a lone low-voltage box, sometimes an outlet set high for a screen nobody measured against your seating. Taras finds where the studs really fall, then decides whether that box helps or just gets a cover plate. Every house sits on a slab, so a cable heading to a closet or media cabinet goes up through the attic; from June to September we book those runs for the morning. Owners moving into the first Polo Ranch streets are in the same spot, and a hidden-cable install there takes about an hour and a half.

In a two-story Fulshear family room, the fireplace wall is where most families want the 75- or 85-inch screen, and most of those fireplaces burn gas logs behind a cast-stone surround. Before drilling, Taras lights the logs at full output for 20 minutes and reads the surface where the TV will hang; if it runs hot, the TV moves beside the chase, above a deeper mantel shelf or onto a pull-down. Cast stone is a facing, not structure, so our anchors reach the framing or solid masonry behind it, never just the stone. The ground matters too: the Lake Charles clay, whose type location is in Fort Bend County, cracks open in dry spells, and new drywall seams show it first. Book our fireplace TV service, check heights with the height tool; a tilting mount is $49.
