Castle Hills custom home
Real limestone, not veneer, with an uneven face. After the heat reading, Bohdan set sleeve anchors in the stone and shimmed the plate; a second technician helped lift.

Lewisville packs three different TV walls into one town: rented apartments off I-35E and Vista Ridge, brick-and-drywall family homes from the 1980s and 90s, and the Castle Hills customs that joined the city in 2021. Bohdan's North Dallas crew handles all three, with same-day visits and a flat price shown before you book.
TV mounting in Lewisville is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stone or brick.
Apartments and townhomes are wood or steel framing; leases usually allow small fasteners. A slim mount into two studs and a paintable raceway ($39) keep the deposit safe. Renter-friendly wire hiding.
Valley Ridge and Timber Creek homes are brick outside with drywall on wood studs and brick fireplaces; cables go inside the wall ($69). Castle Hills customs add stone fireplaces and media rooms.
Homes near the lake have covered patios; outdoor-rated TVs on weather-rated mounts with stainless hardware hold up to humid summers and spring storms. Outdoor TVs.
A lot of Lewisville installs are someone's first wall-mounted TV. We explain the options — fixed $39, tilting $49 — and set the height from where you'll sit. Best mounts for apartments.
54,237 homes and about 131,080 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.
46% owner-occupied · 54% rented
U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Lewisville is a renters' town: 53.7% of homes are rented and 21.0% of units sit in buildings of 20 or more, so many visits start with a lease clause and a management office, not a stud finder. Owned houses lean on 1980–99, the era of 42.5% of today's housing: mostly wood studs, drywall and an open bay for an in-wall kit. Castle Hills is the exception, with taller rooms and real stone masonry.
Castle Hills joined Lewisville on Nov. 15, 2021, bringing 2,568.38 acres and more than 18,000 residents into the city. Before annexation it ran on eight Denton County water districts and a master association, so exterior projects still deserve a quick HOA check. Indoors, these customs are where our visits run longest. Some fireplaces are solid stone rather than thin cultured veneer, which holds anchors well but rarely sits flat, so we shim the plate. Gas logs get a 20-minute burn at full output and a reading at the exact spot before we drill. If the reading runs hot, the TV goes beside the fireplace or onto a pull-down mount instead. Screens 86 inches and up always come with a second technician. More on stone versus veneer and our fireplace TV service.

More than half of Lewisville households rent, so many calls come from Vista Ridge complexes off I-35E or from the newer Old Town buildings near Mill and Main Streets, such as The Mill Old Town and Aura Main Street. Send us the property manager's email and we forward our certificate of insurance before the visit. Get the lease's hole rule in writing. From there we choose a slim bracket that lands in two studs and run a painted cord cover ($39) rather than cutting drywall you could be charged for. Some newer interiors are framed in steel, so we bring hardware made for metal studs. When the lease ends, a take-down ($49) leaves only small screw holes to fill. Moving to Flower Mound or The Colony? The same crew can rehang it there.
A few jobs from the last months — the kind of walls and setups we see here most.

The complex wanted our certificate of insurance and the lease allowed small holes only, so Bohdan used two studs and a cord cover painted to the wall that comes off at move-out.

A fire block crossed the bay halfway down. Bohdan opened a second small hole, fished the HDMI past it and powered the TV through a listed in-wall kit.
