Sammamish Plateau great room
The veneer carries no load, so Ruslan anchored through it into the framing behind.

Sammamish is a plateau of 1990s great rooms, cultured-stone gas fireplaces and bonus rooms, with apartments rising at Town Center. Ruslan's Eastside crew drives up from Bellevue, reads each wall before drilling, and about two in three requests sent before noon get a same-day visit at a flat price.
TV mounting in Sammamish is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for plaster or concrete.
1990s and 2000s homes are wood studs and drywall with a gas fireplace. We check the heat and the height and often use a tilting mount ($49). TVs over fireplaces.
New construction in Trossachs and the Plateau has tall walls and media rooms. Heavy-duty mounts into studs and cables inside the wall ($69). 85-inch TVs.
The family room, the bonus room and the bedroom each need a different height. We mark it with you before drilling. Ideal TV height.
Decks get outdoor-rated TVs under a solid roof with stainless hardware and a sealed cable entry. Outdoor TVs.
22,610 homes and about 66,463 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
With a median home built in 1994 and 53.6% of houses from 1980–99, most Sammamish TV walls are wood studs behind drywall, often in two-story great rooms where an in-wall run meets a fire block. Since 72.1% of homes heat mainly with gas, the fireplace under your TV is very likely gas too; we run it for 20 minutes and measure the wall before choosing a height. One visit often covers the great room, the bonus room and a bedroom.
Walk into a Klahanie or Pine Lake great room built around 1995 and the TV wall usually tells the same story: a gas insert or direct-vent unit, a surround of cultured stone, and a ceiling that climbs past the second-floor landing. The stone is a thin veneer over the framing, so it holds nothing; Ruslan finds the studs behind it and anchors there, never into the stone alone. The gas unit gets a 20-minute run and we measure the wall, because newer heater-style fireplaces fail that test more often than old log sets. When the safe spot ends up high, a tilting mount brings the picture back to eye level, and in the tallest rooms a pull-down is the answer; we assemble and tune one on site for $99. The Village at Sammamish Town Center added apartments, including the six-story SAMM building with 92 units, and a Block 9 plan for 344 more went to city review in 2025. Renters there want nothing left behind at move-out, so we mount into the studs and run a painted raceway ($39) instead of cutting the wall. The power cord never goes inside the wall or the raceway with the HDMI; if you want the cord hidden, we use a listed in-wall power kit, and a new outlet is work for a licensed electrician.
Earthquakes come up often on the plateau, and with reason: the state's Seattle fault scenario models a 40-mile rupture running to just east of Lake Sammamish. Every full-motion arm we hang gets a safety strap, and every TV goes into studs, never drywall alone. Neighbors in Issaquah get the same crew.
