Little Elm is mostly new: master-planned streets in Union Park, Spiritas Ranch and Valencia on the Lake, with earlier Sunset Pointe homes closer to Lewisville Lake. We put the TV on the right wall of a house that is often months old, hide the wires and set up the patio. Same-day visits most weekdays.
TV mounting in Little Elm is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stone or brick.
New builds in Paloma Creek and Union Park have straight 16-inch studs, stone fireplaces and pre-wired boxes. If the box isn't where the TV belongs, a new in-wall run is $69.
Lake houses range from older cottages with paneling to new homes with glass walls toward the lake. We confirm framing with test holes and keep the TV off the window wall.
Covered patios facing Lake Lewisville get outdoor-rated TVs on weather-rated mounts with stainless hardware. We don't mount on docks — they move. Outdoor TVs.
New family rooms put the fireplace front and center. After a heat check, a tilting mount ($49) above it usually works; otherwise the side wall. TV over a fireplace.
19,778 homes and about 54,820 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Little Elm's median home was built in 2011, and 55.3% of housing went up in 2010 or later, so most TV walls we open are clean drywall with a builder's low-voltage box already cut in. The catch is placement: those boxes were set before anyone knew where the sofa would go. With 74.4% of homes detached, our bigger questions are usually two-story family rooms, stone gas fireplaces and covered patios rather than condo rules.
Hillwood planned Union Park for roughly 2,400 homes on about 787 acres off U.S. 380, and Spiritas Ranch adds around 2,100 homesites near the lake; Valencia on the Lake is still selling. So many of our Little Elm calls arrive the week the moving boxes do. On a house that new we check three things. First, whether the builder's pre-wire plate lines up with the seat you will use; if not, we cut a fresh opening with a listed in-wall power kit, because the TV's own cord never goes inside the wall. Second, a gas fireplace runs at full output for 20 minutes before we read the wall and drill. Third, height: our height tool stops a two-story room from pulling the screen too high. Mounting a 61- to 85-inch TV is a flat $129.

Sunset Pointe was one of the earlier Beazer neighborhoods, and many of its covered patios, like those near Little Elm Beach and Park, look toward Lewisville Lake. NWS Fort Worth puts the mean DFW wind at 10.5 mph, mostly from the south, and over open water a shallow patio catches it head-on. We hang the screen deep under the cover, set masonry anchors in the brick with stainless hardware, and seal where the low-voltage cables pass through. When the cover is too shallow, a full-motion arm ($69) folds the TV flat against the wall between game nights. Power comes from the patio's GFCI outlet, not a cord fished through the wall. Many HOAs here keep exterior rules, so send yours a photo before we touch the brick. More on outdoor TV installation; owners in The Colony ask the same.
A few jobs from the last months — the kind of walls and setups we see here most.

Shallow cover, open to the lake breeze. Ivan used a folding full-motion arm, masonry anchors and a sealed cable entry.

Consoles live in a hall closet, so Ivan ran HDMI and network through the attic, clear of the walkway.
