Shannon Creek brick home
The family burns real wood, so Ivan read the brick after a live fire and set sleeve anchors in full brick, never mortar.

Burleson's TV walls split in two: brick homes under mature trees in Plantation and Shannon Creek, and new framing rising south along SH-174 and in Tallgrass near Chisholm Trail Parkway. Ivan's Fort Worth crew covers both, often same-day, with every visit priced from one flat list. Send a photo of the wall to start.
TV mounting in Burleson is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stone or brick.
New builds have straight studs, pre-wired boxes and stone fireplaces; anchors go through veneer into framing and cables inside the wall ($69). Older ranch homes have brick fireplaces and paneled dens — brick-face anchors and test holes to find studs behind paneling.
Shops and barns on acreage are often metal buildings; TVs there go on plywood backers or into the steel purlins, not drywall hardware.
Brick and stone fireplaces are standard in Burleson family rooms. We run the fireplace first and check the wall temperature before mounting above it. TV over a fireplace.
Covered patios and shop buildings get outdoor-rated TVs where the weather reaches them; weather-rated mounts and stainless hardware. Outdoor TVs.
19,212 homes and about 52,918 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
With a median year built of 2002 and 29.3% of homes finished in 2010 or later, most Burleson walls we open are straight studs with a builder low-voltage box, not always where the sofa lands. Detached houses are 81.4% of housing, so the usual room is a single-family living area. The older north side is where we meet paneled dens, brick hearths and a horizontal fire block halfway down the stud bay.
Drive across Burleson and the wall behind the TV changes with the street. Plantation and Shannon Creek, known for mature trees, larger lots and brick construction, give us brick hearths and walls painted a few times over. Old Town around Ellison Street sits under a city zoning overlay that protects its older architecture, so anything visible from the street stays out of our plan. South along SH-174 and in Tallgrass, the framing is new and the pre-wire is usually there, just placed by a builder who never saw your furniture; moving it means a listed in-wall kit ($69). Ivan covers these streets along with Mansfield, same crew and same flat list. Unsure how high to go over a raised hearth? Try our height tool on your phone before the visit. Same-day slots open most weeks, and Ivan texts before he arrives.

Gated Belle Oak Court lets buyers bring their own builder, and Pecan Grove still has homes going up, so some Burleson owners can place the TV before the walls close. Ask for blocking at screen height, a recessed box where the TV hangs and a conduit to the media shelf. The city builds to the 2021 residential code; Development Services (817-426-9611) answers permit questions. A new outlet behind the screen is an electrician's job, and the TV's own cord never goes inside the wall, so we fit a listed in-wall power kit through our cable concealment service. Over a gas fireplace, Ivan runs a 20-minute burn and reads the spot before drilling, and anchors through stone veneer into the framing behind it. The builder's box sat two feet off-center, so Ivan cut in a listed in-wall power kit behind the screen and capped the old plate.

The lease allowed small holes only, so Ivan lagged into two studs and ran paintable raceway to the outlet below.
