Pahrump homes sit on wide parcels: the Calvada grid of stucco houses and manufactured homes, gated Mountain Falls with its golf course, and new custom builds in Burson Ranch and Artesia. Mykyta drives over the pass to mount and wire your TV, often the same day, at one flat price.
TV mounting in Pahrump is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stucco or stone.
Custom and tract homes — including the master-planned Mountain Falls — are stucco and wood frame with drywall. Two studs and lag bolts hold anything to 85 inches; cables go inside the wall for $69.
Manufactured homes have lighter wall panels and studs at 16 or 24 inches. We find the studs, span them with the right mount and keep heavy TVs close to the wall. Choosing a wall mount.
Pahrump gets strong wind across the valley floor. Outdoor TVs go under a solid cover on the most sheltered wall, on weather-rated mounts; full-motion arms fold flat and lock. Outdoor TVs.
Big lots mean detached shops, garages and guest casitas — a TV there is priced like any other, $40 when it's the second of the visit.
Many customers here are retired, and the most requested fix is lowering a TV hung too high. TV height calculator.
21,279 homes and about 47,347 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.
79% owner-occupied · 21% rented
U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Pahrump is a town of owners: 79.2% of homes are owner-occupied, so most residents can freely open a wall and run cables inside it. Another 34.0% sit in the Census group of 2–4 units and other, which here takes in many manufactured homes on private lots. With a median year built of 2000, we mostly meet wood studs behind drywall or factory panels, rarely block, and confirm the framing with a stud finder before drilling.
In the Calvada grid, Units 1–8 plus Calvada Meadows and Calvada Greens, many parcels carry little or no HOA, so a patio TV or an outside cable run is your call alone. Mountain Falls is gated: send the gate code, and plan on HOA review for anything visible from outside. In Ovation, its 55+ section, tell us where the recliner sits so Mykyta can set the screen height with the height tool before drilling. Burson Ranch, Artesia and the spec homes on half-acre parcels in central and northern Pahrump have fresh walls and often no pre-wire, the easiest moment to hide the cables inside the wall before furniture arrives. William Lyon Homes is still adding Mountain Falls phases under an agreement running through 2030, so many walls there are just as new and just as easy to wire.

Only 4.2% of Pahrump homes heat mainly with utility gas, so a fireplace under the TV here is more often propane, an electric insert or a wood stove. We take a surface reading above every firebox with it running; if it runs hot, a tilting mount at $49 or a few extra inches of height solves it. The local weather station averages a January low of 27.0°F and a July high of 101.6°F, so for patio TVs we find the shadiest wall, suggest an outdoor-rated set and book summer visits before 11 am. Low-voltage cables can run in a sealed external channel ($39), but the TV's power cord never goes inside a wall or raceway: it plugs into a weather-rated outlet beside the mount, added by an electrician if needed. Book in the morning and a same-day visit is often still open.
