Douglasville is mostly young houses: 2000s subdivisions around Chapel Hill, new builds rising in Riverwalk and Trevi Trail, and hillside basements opening onto the backyard. Vitalii's Cobb crew mounts on studs, stone and foundation walls here, often same day, at a flat price shown before you book.
TV mounting in Douglasville is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stone or plaster.
Family homes on rolling lots have a fireplace in the family room and a basement below. Lag bolts into studs upstairs, masonry anchors on the basement's concrete walls. Concrete walls.
Apartments and townhomes near Arbor Place are drywall on wood studs; leases usually forbid opening walls. We mount into the studs and hide cables in a paintable raceway ($39). Drywall mounting.
Mirror Lake homes have decks facing the golf course and the lake. Outdoor-rated TVs, stainless hardware and a sealed cable entry under a solid roof. Outdoor TVs.
When the mantel is high, the TV above it ends up too high. A pull-down mount ($99) or a side wall is kinder to your neck. TVs over fireplaces.
15,356 homes and about 37,536 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
With a median year built of 2001 and 39.7% of homes from the 2000s alone, most TV walls here are builder drywall over wood studs, often beside a gas-log fireplace and a TV outlet placed before anyone chose the screen. Sloped lots add basements with poured-concrete or block walls behind furring. Renters hold 51.7% of homes, so many of our Douglasville visits stay lease-friendly: studs only, no opened walls, and a few small holes to fill at move-out.
Subdivisions of that decade share habits we know well. The family-room TV outlet was set at a height picked long before anyone chose the screen, and the fireplace is often a framed chase faced with manufactured stone. That stone is veneer, not structure, so the bracket is anchored through it into the framing behind. In homes built after 2000, about 1 in 5 of the chases we open have studs 24 inches apart, which changes the wall plate Vitalii brings. Over gas logs he lights the fire at full flame for 15 minutes and reads the surface where the bottom edge of the TV will sit; if it runs warm, the screen goes higher on a tilting mount ($49). Check viewing angles with our height tool before the visit, and see how we approach fireplace walls.

Douglasville is still building. Riverwalk sells luxury homes on lots of about two-thirds of an acre, Trevi Trail is limited to 100 homesites of 1.5-story plans, and builder plans keep going up at Glen at Cave Springs and along Cotton Lane. If your house is still framed, ask the builder now for blocking between studs and a recessed box behind the planned screen. Already moved in? We hide the cables inside the finished wall with a listed in-wall power kit ($69), because a TV's own power cord is never allowed to run inside the wall cavity. Upstairs rooms under the roofline of a 1.5-story plan have knee walls and sloped ceilings, so measure the flat height first. Send photos of the wall and outlet through our quote page and we can usually confirm a same-day or next-morning slot.

Studs sat 24 inches apart, so a wide plate spans two of them; an in-wall power kit hides the cables.
