Newnan is two towns on one map: seven historic districts near downtown, and the subdivisions and apartments that grew along I-85 after 2000. Mykola's south crew mounts TVs in both, from a cotton-mill loft on Field Street to a gas-log family room in Stonebridge, often the same day you call.
TV mounting in Newnan is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stone or plaster.
Antebellum and Victorian homes have plaster over wood lath, 11 to 14-foot ceilings, deep trim and irregular stud spacing. We find the studs with test holes, drill slowly and use a wide mount when they don't match the TV. Mounts for plaster walls.
Summergrove and White Oak homes are drywall on wood studs with family-room fireplaces and bonus rooms. Two studs and lag bolts, cables inside the wall ($69) and a heat check above the firebox. TVs over fireplaces.
Fourteen-foot ceilings tempt people to hang the TV high. We keep the center of the screen near seated eye level and use a tilting mount ($49) when the only wall is above a tall mantel. Studs behind plaster.
Historic homes come with deep porches. Outdoor-rated TVs with stainless hardware go under the porch roof, with cables run so the original columns and trim stay untouched. Outdoor TVs.
18,160 homes and about 44,235 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.
58% owner-occupied · 42% rented
U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
A third of Newnan's housing — 33.9% — went up in the 2000s, so most TV walls we open here are wood-stud walls under drywall, with a builder's outlet set high, often above a gas-log fireplace; 46.0% of homes heat mainly with utility gas. The other big group is renters: 41.8% of homes are renter-occupied, which is why so many Newnan visits end with a paintable raceway and an easy move-out instead of an opened wall.
In Stonebridge, Avery Park and Woodstream the family room usually centers on a gas-log fireplace with a drywall-faced chase, and the builder left a TV outlet well above the mantel. That spot was picked on a blueprint, not from your sofa. Mykola starts each fireplace visit with a 15-minute burn at full flame and a surface reading where the TV's bottom edge will land, then scans the chase, because on about 1 in 10 gas fireplace walls the pipe sits within reach of the planned plate. If the wall stays cool, the screen can usually come down toward eye level; try your numbers in our height calculator. Hiding cables down the chase adds about 30 minutes. Power goes through a listed in-wall kit, since the TV's own cord never runs inside a wall. See fireplace installs.

A short walk from downtown, Newnan Lofts at 110 Field Street fills a converted cotton mill about a century old; Springs at Newnan near I-85 (320 garden-style units, completed in 2020) and Alta Ashley Park (269 units, opened in 2023) are new construction. The two need different hardware. Old mill brick takes sleeve anchors set in solid brick, never in a mortar joint. The new buildings get lag bolts into two studs. In both, the lease usually rules out opening a wall, so the HDMI and streaming-box cables run up a paintable raceway ($39), while the power cord plugs into the outlet below rather than sharing the channel. Our renter wiring guide explains the options, and you can send a request with a photo of the wall.

Century-old mill brick is hard and uneven: anchors went into solid brick, never a mortar joint, with the plate shimmed flat.

The lease barred opening walls, so the HDMI runs in painted raceway; the power cord stays outside it.
