The Samsung Q7F comes in 43, 50, 55, 65, 75, 85 and 98". The Samsung Q7F against its lineup

38 of the 53 Samsung 65" models from 2024 to 2026 use 400 × 300 mm. The others use 300 × 200 (7), 200 × 200 (6) and 400 × 400 (2). 42 of them weigh more than this one. At 36.8 lb it is about 22% lighter than the 47 lb typical of 65" panels.

Screws, studs and height

Samsung lists M8 screws for the four holes and a 21 mm screw depth. Use the screws with that thread from the bracket's kit, and stop if one bottoms out before the plate is tight: a spacer fixes that, force does not.

43, 50 and 55": The holes are 7.9" apart side to side; the wall plate of the bracket, not the TV, has to reach the studs.

65 and 75": The holes are 15.7" apart side to side, close to 16" stud spacing, so the mount's arms and the studs line up easily.

85 and 98": The holes are 23.6" apart side to side, wider than 16" stud spacing — pick a bracket whose wall plate spans the studs.

With the centre at 42" for sofa seating, a 65" screen runs from about 26" to 58" off the floor. In a bedroom the centre goes 42–50". Work it out for your own seat →
