38 of the 53 Samsung 65" models from 2024 to 2026 use 400 × 300 mm. The others use 300 × 200 (7), 200 × 200 (6) and 400 × 400 (2). 36 of them weigh more than this one. At 41.7 lb it is about 11% lighter than the 47 lb typical of 65" panels.
Every size keeps the S95C's pattern and weight, so a mount bought for the S95C fits the same size of the S95F.
Samsung lists M8 screws for the four holes and a 6 mm screw depth. Use the screws with that thread from the bracket's kit, and stop if one bottoms out before the plate is tight: a spacer fixes that, force does not.
The holes are 15.7" apart side to side, close to 16" stud spacing, so the mount's arms and the studs line up easily.
