Bothell is two towns stitched together across the county line: the old Main Street at the foot of Beckstrom Hill, and the Canyon Park side in Snohomish County that the city annexed in 1992. Most of our work here is in 1990s two-story houses with gas fireplaces, and Ruslan's Eastside crew usually arrives the same day.
TV mounting in Bothell is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for plaster or concrete.
Canyon Park and North Creek homes are wood studs and drywall with gas fireplaces and bonus rooms. Lag bolts into two studs and cables inside the wall ($69). Drywall guide.
New downtown apartments and campus rentals have strict leases and shared walls. Studs only, a removable raceway ($39) and a patch at move-out. Renter-friendly cables.
Students and staff renting near campus usually want a TV in the bedroom and one in the living room, with nothing left behind at the end of the lease. TVs in apartments.
In the subdivisions, family rooms get 75- and 85-inch TVs on heavy-duty mounts, with a second technician for the lift and the cables hidden. 85-inch TVs.
20,533 homes and about 49,610 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Bothell's median home was built in 1992, and 34.2% of its housing dates from 1980 to 1999, so most TV walls we mount on are wood studs and drywall, often in a family room two stories tall. Gas is the main heat in 46.5% of homes, which here usually means a gas fireplace on the TV wall; we heat-test it for 20 minutes before choosing the height. A tall room also makes a pull-down worth considering.
When Bothell took in 5.3 square miles of Canyon Park in 1992, the city roughly doubled, and much of our Bothell work is still on the Snohomish County side. The hillside houses are late-1980s and 1990s two-stories: tall great rooms, a gas insert or direct-vent unit under a builder mantel, and drywall over wood studs. Over the fireplace we heat-test first, then choose between a tilting mount and a pull-down; a mantel mount assembled and tuned on site is $99. Where the surround is cultured stone, we anchor through it into the framing, because veneer carries no load. Canyon Ridge condos from 1997 and the new Camas Ridge condo buildings often ask for a certificate of insurance, which Ruslan usually sends the same day. Our height tool shows where a 75-inch screen lands from your sofa.

Down in the valley the work looks different. Older blocks at the foot of Beckstrom Hill sit beside the apartments that came with the rebuilt downtown, and Spirit Ridge condos date from 2014. With 34.5% of households renting, a typical visit here is a bedroom or living-room screen with no holes beyond the mount's own. In wood-frame apartment buildings the wall behind the sofa is often the rated wall to the neighbor, so we hang on our side's studs and run a painted raceway rather than cut a box. The TV's power cord never travels inside a wall; for a clean in-wall look we use a listed power kit fed from the existing outlet. Moving on to Kirkland or Woodinville? The same crew covers both, so send a photo of the wall for a flat quote.

One price list for all of Puget Sound — the wall type does not change the price, and neither does the drive. Craftsman plaster, tower concrete and earthquake straps are billed exactly like drywall.
