Kaysville splits along Main Street: mature-tree streets west of it and around Barnes Park, then foothill subdivisions like Fox Hills, Crestwood and Mountain Vistas climbing east toward the Wasatch. Borys's crew comes from our Farmington base, so a morning request usually means a same-day visit at a flat price.
TV mounting in Kaysville is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for brick or concrete.
Main-floor great rooms have gas fireplaces and tall walls. We measure the viewing height from the sofa and use a tilting mount ($49) when the TV sits above the fireplace. TV height.
Basements are framed in front of the foundation with room for the family's biggest TV. Heavy-duty mounts into studs, cables through the framing ($69). 85-inch TVs.
Great room, basement and a bedroom or two is a normal Kaysville job. Each TV goes into studs, level and pull-tested, and each extra TV is $40. Hiding cables.
Every mount goes into studs with hardware rated well above the TV, and every articulating arm gets a safety strap. Toggles vs. lag bolts.
9,317 homes and about 33,053 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
Half of Kaysville's homes were built in 1994 or later, and 88.7% are detached houses, so the TV wall is almost always wood studs: a two-story great room upstairs, a basement wall framed in front of the foundation below. With 86.0% of homes heated mainly by utility gas, gas fireplaces dominate the great rooms we see, and we run each one for a heat reading before choosing a height. Condo paperwork almost never slows a Kaysville booking.
Kaysville's housing changes as you drive east. On the established streets west of Main Street and around Barnes Park, shaded by mature trees, many houses date from the 1960s and 1970s: ramblers and split-levels with brick fireplaces and basements finished one room at a time. Borys finds studs with a scanner, confirms them with a small test hole behind where the TV will hang, and on brick sets anchors in solid faces rather than soft mortar. Toward the Wasatch, Fox Pointe, Mountain Vistas and Sunset Equestrian bring two-story great rooms, cultured stone climbing to the ceiling and basements sized for an 85-inch screen. There the anchors go through the veneer into the framing behind it, because stone veneer is decoration, not structure, and the sofa position usually decides the height more than the mantel does.

Most of our Kaysville visits end downstairs. A basement wall framed in front of the foundation gives Borys a clean cavity, so cables travel the framing to a media closet or under the stairs; that in-wall cable concealment is $69 and uses a listed power kit, never the TV's own cord inside the wall. One Kaysville game room holds a basement video wall, one of only four we have built in homes, hung by Anton and Borys together. The east bench also catches canyon winds, which gusted to 99 mph in neighboring Farmington in September 2020. Across the Davis bench towns, about half of our outdoor TVs go on fixed or tilting mounts, any arm gets a tether, and a high-wind warning moves the date, never the safety margin. See outdoor TV installation or our Layton page.

One price list for the whole Wasatch Front — the wall type does not change the price, and neither does the drive. Plaster over brick, basement framing and earthquake straps are billed exactly like drywall.
