Spring Valley grew from a 1970s Pardee Homes plan on old Stardust raceway land and became an unincorporated Clark County town in 1981. Now it means 1990s stucco tracts, Rhodes Ranch, gated pockets and new Durango Drive apartments. Mykyta works these walls weekly and often arrives the same day, for a flat price.
TV mounting in Spring Valley is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stucco or stone.
Single-family homes are stucco outside and wood frame with drywall inside, studs at 16 inches. Two studs and lag bolts hold anything to 85 inches; cables go inside the wall for $69 or into a paintable raceway for $39.
Condos and apartment complexes often have steel studs or concrete on shared walls. We use toggle bolts rated for steel, masonry anchors for block, and keep the holes few and neat — the kind a landlord patches in five minutes.
Most leases allow a TV mount; some want permission in writing. A single mount leaves four small holes, and moving out means a dab of spackle. If in-wall cables are off the table, a surface raceway painted to the wall looks nearly built in. Mounts for apartments.
Restaurants, salons and shops along Spring Mountain Road call us for menu screens and waiting-room TVs. We mount before opening or after close, on block or steel-stud walls, with cables in raceway or the wall. Menu boards and signage.
Second and third TVs go in bedrooms and lofts, often next to a console. Each additional TV in the same visit is $40, and we can mount the console under the screen.
94,271 homes and about 219,187 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure.
With 42.0% of Spring Valley homes built from 1980 to 1999, the wall we meet most is wood studs at 16 inches under knockdown-textured drywall, and 63.8% of homes heat mainly with utility gas, so many living rooms center on a gas fireplace. Renters make up 49.5% of households, which means the lease often matters as much as the wall. Larger complexes along Durango add steel-stud partitions, which change the anchors, not the result.
Spring Valley was built in waves, and each left a different wall behind the TV. Around Desert Breeze Park and Spring Valley Ranch, 1980s and 1990s two-stories hide wood studs under knockdown texture; we catch two studs with a wide plate and blend any test hole into the texture. Rhodes Ranch adds newer golf-course homes where a builder niche over the fireplace is common. Along South Durango Drive the apartment wave is still rolling, and unit partitions are usually steel studs that need a wider spread of anchors (metal-stud guide). Guard-gated enclaves such as Canyon Gate keep stricter architectural rules, so patio work gets the HOA's nod first. Above any gas fireplace, Mykyta runs it and reads the wall's heat before picking a height; our height tool shows where the screen lands from your sofa.

Mykyta has covered Spring Valley since 2020; it sits on his route between Summerlin and the Strip towers, so same-day windows open often. Tell us the TV size, the wall type and whether you rent or own. A 65-inch on a 1990s stud wall is a flat $129; a full-motion arm is $69. For cable concealment, the TV's own power cord never goes into the cavity: we fit a listed in-wall power kit and fish the HDMI beside it. Any dead coax or speaker wire we open into comes out instead of staying abandoned, as the county's electrical amendments require. Leaving a lease? Our dismount service takes the TV down and patches the anchor holes. Send a request with a photo of the wall, and we confirm a time the same morning.
