Screws, studs and height

Vizio lists M6 screws for the four holes and a 12 mm screw depth. Use the screws with that thread from the bracket's kit, and stop if one bottoms out before the plate is tight: a spacer fixes that, force does not.

The holes are 11.8" apart side to side; the wall plate of the bracket, not the TV, has to reach the studs.
