Samsung lists M8 screws for the four holes and a 18 mm screw depth. Use the screws with that thread from the bracket's kit, and stop if one bottoms out before the plate is tight: a spacer fixes that, force does not.

The holes are 39.4" apart side to side, wider than 16" stud spacing — pick a bracket whose wall plate spans the studs.
