Primm is a town in transition: Whiskey Pete's closed in December 2024 and Buffalo Bill's has wound down, so many households in the casino employee apartments are packing up or deciding to stay. Vasyl drives down I-15 for both, taking TVs down, hanging them back up and booking same-day where he can.
TV mounting in Primm is flat-rate: $119 up to 60", $129 for 61–85" and from $179 for 86" and larger, plus $40 for each additional TV. Mounts from $39, cables hidden in a raceway for $39 or inside the wall for $69. No travel fee and no surcharge for stucco or stone.
Homes and manufactured homes in Primm, Jean and Goodsprings are wood frame with drywall or light panels. We find the studs, use a mount that spans them, and keep heavy TVs on fixed or tilting mounts close to the wall. Choosing a wall mount.
Commercial buildings along the highway are block and steel. We use masonry anchors on block and rated toggles on steel studs. Mounting on concrete and block.
Restaurants, travel centers and offices on I-15 get menu screens, lobby TVs and back-office displays, mounted before opening or after hours. Menu boards and signage.
Outdoor TVs go under a solid cover on a sheltered wall — the wind across the dry lake is strong, and dust gets into everything. Outdoor TVs.
Since we drive out, tell us everything at booking: every TV ($40 after the first), a soundbar ($69), an old mount to take down ($49).
1,746 homes and about 2,614 residents. The age and type of a home decide what is behind the drywall, so we check this before we quote.

U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 2020–2024 5-year estimates: year built, units in structure, tenure. Census figures for ZIP Code 89019 — there is no separate Census boundary for Primm.
Primm's housing stock comes mostly from one building wave: 67.5% of homes went up between 1980 and 1999, and 43.0% sit in two-to-four-unit and other small buildings, a category that likely takes in much of the employee housing. Behind most drywall that means wood studs, rarely where a TV wants them, so Vasyl carries wide plates and confirms each stud. With 39.9% of households renting, many walls belong to a landlord, so we ask about patching rules before drilling.
Primm's employee housing grew to 52 apartment buildings for the staff of three casinos. Then Whiskey Pete's closed in December 2024, Buffalo Bill's went events-only in July 2025, and a WARN notice listed 344 workers to be let go; residents received 60 days, twice the required 30, to find new housing. For a TV, that means one of three visits: a take-down before move-out, a re-hang in another unit, or a fresh install in a new home up the highway. A take-down covers the bracket, the anchors and a clean wall ready for whatever patch your lease asks for. If you are heading to Enterprise or Blue Diamond, give us both addresses and Vasyl will line up the stops so the screen spends as little time as possible in a hot car.

Employee apartments: wood studs under half-inch drywall, often with the outlet set low. A tilting mount ($49) holds a 55-inch angled toward a bed or sofa. Manufactured homes in Jean: lighter studs, sometimes 2x3, and panels that flex, so we spread the load across two studs with a wide plate and leave the biggest screens on a stand. Older Goodsprings houses: framing from different decades, so every stud is confirmed before a lag goes in. Businesses on I-15: block and steel, scheduled before the doors open. Every power cord drops in plain sight to an outlet or goes through a listed in-wall power kit, never loose inside the wall. In rentals, low-voltage lines can ride a surface raceway; our renter's guide compares the options. Send a request with a wall photo and we will confirm a same-day window.
