38 of the 53 Samsung 65" models from 2024 to 2026 use 400 × 300 mm. The others use 300 × 200 (7), 200 × 200 (6) and 400 × 400 (2). 20 of them weigh more than this one. At 47.6 lb it is close to the 47 lb typical of 65" panels.
Samsung lists M8 screws for the four holes and a 6 mm screw depth. Use the screws with that thread from the bracket's kit, and stop if one bottoms out before the plate is tight: a spacer fixes that, force does not.
65 and 75": The holes are 15.7" apart side to side, close to 16" stud spacing, so the mount's arms and the studs line up easily.
98": The holes are 23.6" apart side to side, wider than 16" stud spacing — pick a bracket whose wall plate spans the studs.
