Samsung The Frame LS03D wall mount specs: VESA and weight for every size

The Samsung LS03D comes in 43, 50, 55, 65, 75 and 85". The VESA pattern depends on the size: 200 × 200 mm on the 43, 50 and 55", 400 × 300 mm on the 65", 400 × 400 mm on the 75" and 600 × 400 mm on the 85". Without the stand it weighs 19 to 98.1 lb; the table has the screws and the US model number for each size.

The Samsung LS03D against its lineup

38 of the 53 Samsung 65" models from 2024 to 2026 use 400 × 300 mm. The others use 300 × 200 (7), 200 × 200 (6) and 400 × 400 (2). 16 of them weigh more than this one. At 49.3 lb it is close to the 47 lb typical of 65" panels.

What changed from the 2022 Samsung LS03B

Every size keeps the LS03B's pattern and weight, so a mount bought for the LS03B fits the same size of the LS03D.

Screws, studs and height

Samsung lists different screws by size — the table above has each one. Use the screws with that thread from the bracket's kit, and stop if one bottoms out before the plate is tight: a spacer fixes that, force does not.

43, 50 and 55": The holes are 7.9" apart side to side; the wall plate of the bracket, not the TV, has to reach the studs.

65 and 75": The holes are 15.7" apart side to side, close to 16" stud spacing, so the mount's arms and the studs line up easily.

85": The holes are 23.6" apart side to side, wider than 16" stud spacing — pick a bracket whose wall plate spans the studs.

With the centre at 42" for sofa seating, a 65" screen runs from about 26" to 58" off the floor. In a bedroom the centre goes 42–50". Work it out for your own seat →

No. Drywall alone is for TVs up to about 32" and 30 lb on rated anchors. The Samsung LS03D starts at 43" and 19 lb, so it needs bolts in the studs, or masonry anchors in brick or concrete.
