The LG UT9000 against its lineup

2 of the 3 LG 98" models from 2024 to 2026 use 800 × 400 mm. The others use 600 × 400 (1). 0 of them weigh more than this one. At 134.9 lb it is about 13% lighter than the 155 lb typical of 98" panels.

Screws, studs and height

LG lists M8 screws for the four holes. Use the screws with that thread from the bracket's kit, and stop if one bottoms out before the plate is tight: a spacer fixes that, force does not.

The holes are 31.5" apart side to side, wider than 16" stud spacing — pick a bracket whose wall plate spans the studs.
