11 of the 28 LG 75" models from 2024 to 2026 use 400 × 400 mm. The others use 300 × 300 (7), 400 × 300 (6), 300 × 200 (3) and 400 × 200 (1). 2 of them weigh more than this one. At 83.8 lb it is about 35% heavier than the 62 lb typical of 75" panels, so read the weight rating before the size range.
LG lists different screws by size — the table above has each one. Use the screws with that thread from the bracket's kit, and stop if one bottoms out before the plate is tight: a spacer fixes that, force does not.
75": The holes are 15.7" apart side to side, close to 16" stud spacing, so the mount's arms and the studs line up easily.
86": The holes are 23.6" apart side to side, wider than 16" stud spacing — pick a bracket whose wall plate spans the studs.
